SUPER 6E




ABOUT THE FARE:

Book with Super 6E fare to enjoy a host of complimentary benefits and services.


KEY FEATURES:

 * Zero convenience fee
 * An extra 10 kgs baggage allowance
 * A free seat including XL seats
 * A free snack combo of your choice
 * Free express check-in*, free priority boarding* and delayed & lost baggage
   protection service
 * Enjoy reduced cancellation on domestic flights, for ₹500, and on
   international flights for ₹1500.
 * Enjoy complimentary no change fee till up to 4 days beyond domestic flight
   departure, and at a nominal fee of ₹500 within 3 days before domestic flight.
   International flyers can avail change fee till 4 days beyond departure at
   ₹500, and within 3 days before departure, at ₹900.





TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 1.  Eligibility: The Super 6E fare shall be available for all passengers.
 2.  Booking Channel: The Super 6E fare may be purchased from IndiGo’s website
     goindigo.in.,
 3.  Applicability and Exclusions: Applicable on one-way, round-trip and
     multi-city bookings for domestic and international travel on all direct and
     through flights.
 4.  Non-transferrable and Not Cashable: A Super 6E fare cannot be transferred
     to another passenger in a booking.
 5.  Add On Services for domestic travel: ‘Add On Services’ do not have to be
     purchased as the Super 6E fare includes the following*:
     a. No convenience fee applicable;
     b. Free Seat including XL Rows;
     c. Free snack combo of customer’s choice (1 Snack + 1 Beverage);
     d. An extra 10 kg baggage allowance;
     e. One (1) additional piece of check-in baggage allowed (in total two
        pieces of check-in baggage permitted);
     f. Free Fast Forward, subject to availability at the relevant airport;
     g. 6E Quick Board – passengers can board any time after the boarding for
        the said flight commences and before the boarding closes, subject to
        availability of 6E Quick Board service at the relevant airport;
     h. Delayed and lost baggage protection service
        
        *In addition to these terms and conditions, specific terms and
        conditions governing the aforementioned individual services will also be
        applicable (these can be found on IndiGo’s website).
 6.  Add On Services for international travel: ‘Add On Services’ do not have to
     be purchased as the Super 6E fare includes the following*:
     a. No convenience fee applicable;
     b. Free Seat including XL Rows;
     c. Free snack combo of customer’s choice (1 Snack + 1 non-alcoholic
        beverage);
     d. An extra 10 kg baggage allowance;
     e. Free Fast Forward, subject to availability at the relevant airport;
     f. 6E Quick Board – passengers can board any time after the boarding for
        the said flight commences and before the boarding closes, subject to
        availability of 6E Quick Board service at the relevant airport;
     g. Delayed and lost baggage protection service
        
        *In addition to these terms and conditions, specific terms and
        conditions governing the aforementioned individual services will also be
        applicable (these can be found on IndiGo’s website).
 7.  Baggage Allowance: There is a separate additional check-in baggage
     allowance of 10 kgs per passenger per sector on a Super 6E fare in addition
     to the standard check-in baggage allowance.
 8.  Fees & Charges:
     a. Charges for Super 6E are dynamic.
     b. No convenience fees is applicable to it.
     c. Unlimited changes without any charges in the period 4(four) days prior
        to date of departure and INR 500 per passenger for domestic sector
        within 3 (three) days from the date of departure, however changes will
        be subject to available inventory and difference in fare, if any will be
        applicable.
     d. For international travel, INR 500 per passenger will be charged for
        changes made in the period 4(four) days prior to date of departure and
        INR 900 per passenger for international sector within 3 (three) days
        from the date of departure, however changes will be subject to available
        inventory and difference in fare, if any will be applicable.
     e. Cancellation fee of only INR 500 per passenger for domestic sector and
        INR 1500 per passenger for international sector
 9.  Check – in Conditions: A passenger may web check-in 48hrs prior to domestic
     flight departure, and 24 hours before international flight departure.
 10. Conditions of Carriage: All IndiGo flight bookings made under this Offer
     shall be subject to IndiGo’s Conditions of Carriage (“CoC”) available at
     https://www.goindigo.in/information/conditions-of-carriage.html. Nothing in
     these terms and conditions shall supersede anything contained in the CoC
     and in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with the CoC, the CoC
     shall prevail.
 11. Customer Consent: The Customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees
     to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information
     provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents,
     representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send
     promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future.
 12. Right to withdraw: IndiGo reserves the right to withdraw or modify these
     terms, at any time, at its absolute discretion, without assigning any
     reason and without prior intimation.
 13. Governing Law: This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance
     with the laws of India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject
     to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

Citizens of Nepal and Maldives are eligible for tax exemption/reduction, as per
applicable laws, on the airfare. In order to avail such tax exemption/reduction,
passengers must declare their correct nationality at the time of booking. In
case citizens of Nepal or Maldives intend to travel with any foreign nationals,
such citizen (passenger) are requested to kindly book tickets for accompanying
foreign national (passengers) in a separate PNR/ticket. Once selected, the
nationality cannot be changed at any point during the booking process.
