   Hi @Michelle Cotner (Customer)  thanks for your question. No - we currently
   do not have a date or time frame where we will be asking customers to default
   to the new release. We will not be sunsetting "old iCIMS" in the near future
   and do not have a date where we plan to do so.

We recently updated our Recruiter views with the support of Help Desk; however,
did something on the back-end which now prevents our Recruiters from viewing
Offers and the Offer Tab. They have been unresponsive to our request to resolve
this, but wanted to see if someone here can have Technical Support contact us
soonest to ensure the Recruiters have access to their respective offers.

Hello! A couple of questions:

 1. When will Hiring Managers be able to use the new iCIMS experience? When we
    enable the toggle for them they can turn it on but receive an error when
    trying to view a candidate or applicant stating "Access not allowed".
 2. Is the new Access Control enhancement that's automatically enabled something
    we should take immediate action on or only if we'd like to add an additional
    layer of security around the new UI? I did not see much of this covered in
    the release training webinars but there is a long article about it in the
    release notes so just trying to make sure I understand the importance of it.

 * We are offering our final 2021 summer release Ask Me Anything (AMA) session
   in this forum from 10-11 a.m. ET today!

We are already adding west coast-friendly times for the fall release Ask Me
Anything sessions. If you cannot attend one of these sessions for any reason,

Hello, I have a few questions:

 

1) Currently turning on the new features is optional. Will this be turned on
permanently at some point or can we continue to opt out and use the old system
if we want to?

 

2) Our hiring process workflow is extremely detailed. We rely on multiple custom
tabs to store candidate information for each application, and we report out this
information. When the new features are turned on, these disappear and I have not
been able to locate them. This would be a major problem for us. Can you offer
some insight or can someone contact me to schedule a tutorial?

   Hi @Shehani Goonewardena (Customer)  thanks for your patience in getting some
   answers for you. For the interview management console, the Zoom/Google Meet
   links do not get populated in the location field; we've left that blank for a
   physical location to be determined. I understand what you're saying, though,
   and will pass that suggestion on (having links populate to the location
   field) to our product owners for future consideration.
   
    
   
   Also, there is a conference link field (when you choose Video (Other) as a
   meeting type) and we left that for non-Zoom and non-Google Meet type meetings
   so that users can copy and paste in their own link to that field.
   
    
   
   Thank you for your suggestions and I will pass them along to the right
   people.
