   GREAT NEWS, YOUR PROGRAM HAS BEGUN ITS MOVE FROM CHARMS TO CUTTIME.
   
   
   
   Look Out for Your NEW CutTime Magic Link
   
   
   You will receive a welcome notification via SMS text or email containing your
   personal ‘Magic Link’ which replaces your previous Charms user id/password.
   Moving forward, your Magic Link is your gateway to your program’s information
   via a Portal Page within CutTime. You will need to authenticate your Magic
   Link once, then you can bookmark it for easy reference on your device. For
   more details on how to do this, view this article here.
   
   
   Student/Parent Charms Portals Will Close in -29 Calendar Days
   
   
   ALL parent and student portals, including the credit card processing your
   program utilizes for your Charms account, will be closing in 45 calendar
   days. It will be imperative for you to avoid making payments near the
   deadline. Be on the lookout for instructions from your Program Director on
   how online and offline payments will be handled moving forward. If you are a
   ‘Helper’, your Program Director will inform you on how to get connected with
   CutTime.
