In our innagural year of participation, DAHL proudly received a Net Promoter®
Score (NPS) of 68.4% from clients, significantly higher than the industry’s
average of 28%, and an NPS of 68.9% from candidates, more than three times the
industry’s average of 18%.

“Achieving 2021 Best Of Staffing Client and Talent Awards is a truly remarkable
accomplishment for our company” said Chief Executive Officer and Owner Valerie
Doherty. Fewer than two percent of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada
earn the Best of Staffing designation.
