Our office has had a tremendous impact in the Triad real estate community based
on deal volume over the past several years. In 2020, the Triad office completed
264 total transactions worth over $671 million. Of those, 209 were lease
transactions encompassing over 5.7 million square feet worth $220 million, and
55 sales transactions worth $451 million.

Greensboro is located in the heart of North Carolina, approximately 70 miles
west of Raleigh and 90 miles northeast of Charlotte. The Triad market consists
of approximately 81 million square feet of industrial space and 26 million
square feet of office space.
