New user can-'t see templates
We have around 115 users, which all get templates by group ‘everyone’. Our
newest user can’t see any templates. Her account was created as always. We
re-created the account already. Has anyone seen this behaviour before? I checked
all permissions. Any ideas welcome! Thanks in advance.

How long the data still exist in DocuSign
Hi DocuSign Community, Need your advice. I have a customer who subscribe
corporate plan before and didn’t renewal this year around June and now they
can’t open the account. In the mean time, they realize that they haven’t
completed download and they want to access the account again to see the history.
My question, How long DocuSign keep the document and is that possible for them
to renew the old account so that they can access all history? THank you.

Adding the Day of the month to a docusign but NOT the entire date.
Some of our letters need only the day of the month and not the entire date. When
I try to access the settings, it does not allow me to modify. For Example it
will say On this day _____, of March 2024. But Docusign wont allow me to change
the settings.

Found DocuSign formula field then used Date functions like Day(date) that worked
successfully to print day of the signed date on the document. However, couldn’t
find any formulas for Month and year. Is there any solution to print/populate
month and year values of DateSigned in the separate fields ? For Example :
Signed on this day _____, of ____ month of year ____.

We are looking to Downgrade our Business Pro account to the free account prior
to the subscription expiry. I know we don’t lose access to documents already
held. However, there is only one account number and 8 users with email
addresses. What does the history stay under?

No document gets displayed
Docusign has not been functioning correctly for 3 days. I can log in, create an
envelop, upload the document, and then the application stops, a blank page is
displayed and nothing move. I have not been able to sign anything for 3 days. I
have tried egde and chrome, PDFs and DOCs… Is there a solution to this? Of
course SUPPORT is useless...so here I am...last attempt

Chaining co-dependent documents for signature with a single sendout
Hello. Premise I am new to DocuSign and have a time-constrained task to perform,
so apologies in advance for my ignorance on the topic and for raising the
question directly to the community (I promise I’ll read the documentation in the
meantime). I need to send 3 documents to some customers and was wondering: if I
could chain the documents so that I would not have to send 3 separate links if I
could create a dependency amongst them (so, if a customer signs document 1 they
can see document 2; if they sign document 2 they can see document 3). If the
above is doable, would you mind sharing how? Thanks

Please note that we have an enquiry related to the signing order and I don’t
know how I can request support on it. Can you please assist me? The enquiry
relates to the case as this is descripted below: A user inputs a document for
signature with 5 signees in sequence. On the way the 4th signee would like to
add a new user as 5 (number 5 user will be 6). Kindly advise if this is possible

Hi DocuSign, I received an email from DocuSign Tax Department
<taxid@docusign.com> advising me to update ABN information. I found it weird as
I am pretty sure that I have already provided an ABN when I Sign up with
DocuSign. Please see attached the details of their email and DocuSign IT Team,
please do something about this scam. They are using your name and it’s very
deceptive, they need to stop. If it turns out that this is legit, please let me
know so I can make necessary update to the account.

Bulk Send - Line break / carriage return in CSV
Hi All, Is it possible at all to have a line break, e.g. \r\n within the CSV for
particular text fields? An example would be a custom field for addresses, so
rather than have: 1 The Close, Best City, BC01 0BC Instead it’s: 1 The CloseBest
CityBC01 0BC I’ve tried a few variations (\r\n, \r, \n, \\n, \\r) but each time
the backslash just escapes the next character and returns whitespace rather than
a line break. I’ve also tried double quotes around the text with an actual new
line but the import process then thinks this is a new row. Thanks,Matt

I created a powerform to distribute to volunteers via a link so that I dont have
to email each individual the same form. However, when I click on the link from a
personal email to test the form, it says “this document is now complete” without
having any of the fillable fields filled in and submitted. How can I fix this?

Create a Template along with docGenFormFields through Docusign UI
Hi, I see we have two options to create a template via the docusign UI. One is
to create it manually following the steps and the other is by uploading a json
to create template. When i create the template by following the steps manually
from the UI, i am unable to attach the docGenFormFields similar to what i could
do when i uploaded a json to create template. Is there a reason why i cannot add
the fields to the template when i follow the manual path?

Sending Bulk Envelopes With Unique Documents to Sign
Scenario: We have to send specialized offer letters to ~200 new hires. This will
be a standard template with customized fields for each hire (e.g. Name, address,
etc.). We were thinking of using mail merge in office along with the data in
excel to create all of the letters. Question: Can we do this directly in
Docusign and create the unique envelops to be signed by each new hire.
Alternatively, is there a way to bulk create envelopes and with the proper
attached document for each person to save time. Goal: looking to save time by
not having to manually create ~200 docusign envelops via template and fill in
the fields / upload docs one by one Apologies if this has been answered before.

Sending updated document back to original sender
Is there a way the sender can see what I added to a document if I don’t press
“Finish”? Even if I press “finish later”, sender can’t see it. Filled in
information for the Sender, “Mount Sinai representative”,however it requires me
to get the Mt Sinai Representative signature before accepting “Finish” but she
cant see my changes. If I choose option “decline to sign”, or assign to someone
else it says the document ill be voided Per her request, I sent a pdf generated
documentover email to her.

AutoFill Contact List
Hi, I’ve tried to search for an answer but can’t find anything which relates to
what I need. I would like to be able to disable autofill of recipients (from
both the personal contact list and the user list). Is this possible ? I know how
to edit my contact list but I’ve had a couple of users sending documents to
incorrect people as it has pre-populated a previous email address and they
haven’t noticed. Any ideas anyone?
