LOUISIANA AND ITS GOVERNING BODIES.

SECTION 2 – LEGALIZATION DRAFTKINGS LOUISIANA 2.1 PURSUANT TO [LOUISIANA
STATUTE/REGULATION], DRAFTKINGS IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED TO OPERATE WITHIN THE STATE
OF LOUISIANA AND OFFER ITS SERVICES TO RESIDENTS OF LOUISIANA IN COMPLIANCE WITH

LOUISIANA FOR THE OPERATION OF FANTASY SPORTS PLATFORMS.

SECTION 3 – COMPLIANCE REPORTING 3.1 DRAFTKINGS SHALL REGULARLY REPORT ITS
ACTIVITIES AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS TO THE RELEVANT STATE AUTHORITIES IN
LOUISIANA AS REQUIRED BY LAW. 3.2 DRAFTKINGS COOPERATE INVESTIGATIONS AUDITS
