NEW VIDEO: ACCURACY IN TESTING FOR DON

Deoxynivalenol (DON) is a mycotoxin naturally produced by the fungus that causes
Gibberella ear rot in corn. Accurate sampling is crucial to reduce false
readings and improve grain management during delivery. After a significant
Gibberella outbreak in Ontario in 2018, University of Guelph research
highlighted essential improvements to the DON sampling protocol for better
testing accuracy. More can be learnt on proper sampling and testing techniques
in this video.
