SYNTRIO ANONYMOUS REPORTING

Buckle is committed to conducting business in a manner that is ethical and
promotes the best interest of its guests, teammates and shareholders.  All
teammates have an obligation to exhibit a high degree of personal and
professional integrity and exercise sound and independent business judgment at
all times.  Buckle’s Code of Ethics summarizes expected behaviors for all
teammates in all business units.  One of those behaviors is that Buckle’s
teammates should come forward with any concerns surrounding accounting and
auditing irregularities.  In order to comply with Section 301 of the Sarbanes
Oxley Act of 2002, Buckle has provided a confidential and anonymous tool to
report internal audit matters at any time through Lighthouse Services, Inc.

844-630-0003 to file a report relating to any of the following matters:

•    Accounting, auditing and internal financial controls
•    Falsification of contracts or records
•    Fraud
•    Improper giving or receiving of gifts

Your confidential report will be discreetly forwarded for review and proper
handling.  After submission, you will be able to anonymously receive and send
messages pertaining to your report.  If you prefer to call Buckle directly,
please contact the Internal Audit Department at 1-800-492-5738 ext. 2402.
