Our 5 white varietals are easy-drinking yet age-worthy and provided at a
terrific value. Our portfolio of dessert wines is constantly moving. We choose
to let the conditions of the vintage determine which design of dessert red wine
we make that year. In warm years, we tend to produce a port-style wine in which
we use our own brandy to detain fermentation thereby leaving a delightful amount
of sweetness in the final red wine.
