RAGE OF BAHAMUT WIKI ELIZABETH

Nicknamed the "Hammer Head" to Favaro's "Bomber Head" by their mutual employer
Bacchus, Kaisar Lidford could not be more different from his fellow bounty
hunter and rival. He's someone that the audience can relate to more than the
stoic and pure knight, even if he's a scoundrel. His antics, brought on by very
human desires and needs, ground the mythological war raging around him without
making it less impactful. That's not a knock against typical fantasy heroes by
any means, and Rage of Bahamut still has that in the form of Jeanne D'Arc and,
to a lesser extent, Kaisar, but the writers clearly wanted a little something
different to be the leading man.įavaro is a goofball, but a smart goofball.
Thankfully, Rage of Bahamut shines the brightest when it comes to its
characters.įavaro is not your typical fantasy hero because you've already seen
the typical fantasy hero done dozens, if not hundreds, of times. These two
things are important, because they breathe refreshing life into what could have
been a generic fantasy anime. Seeing how he overcomes challenges like monsters
and demons is a treat, thanks to his wit and overall fun attitude. He's a
scoundrel, but a normal scoundrel, at least by the standards of the world he
inhabits. Well, deceitful protagonists are hardly something new when it comes to
anime, but Favaro is unique from those examples at the beginning because of two
reasons: he has no personal supernatural aid for his intentions, and his
aforementioned intentions were not initially good. Favaro repeatedly states that
he's only looking out for Number One, and whether or not it is intentional, all
of his actions are colored by this ideal.īut why is he of all people the
designated "hero" of this story? Their world is filled with brave knights and
heroic figures, so why does the fate of the world rest on his shoulders? In
fact, he even rejects becoming the heir of his father's band of thieves,
something that they all had wanted, simply because he wouldn't be as free to do
what he wants if he did. When the plot shows up, he's more or less dragged
kicking and screaming into it thanks to his own lies and
misunderstandings.įavaro was born into a family of thieves, taught from a young
age by his father to value his personal freedom more than anything else in the
world, a lesson that the orange afro-wearing son takes to heart.

With nothing but a little crossbow and his wits he travels the world, hunting
dangerous bounties and avoiding the wrath of the vengeful Kaisar Lidford.

A bounty hunter without a cause, chronic liar, and self-proclaimed ladies-man,
Favaro is about as selfish as they come for protagonists, at least when we first
meet him. Instead, in Shingeki no Bahamut: Genesis, or Rage of Bahamut for
short, we get Favaro Leone. That's how these kinds of things tend to go, right?
In an epic, sweeping tale about the never-ending war between good and evil and
apocalyptic dragons, you'd think the main protagonist of such a story would be a
stalwart knight pure in character and deed, or maybe even a simple farm boy who
rises above his station when the call to adventure is made.

ING AFTER EFFECTS

Let's say I want these two characters standing on piles of money with the camera
moving.

The left image is animated in AS, the right is a still frame in After Effects
with imported camera motion. I haven't tried anything too advanced yet, but it
seems to work. This is done for maximum accuracy and it's like when you track a
layer in After Effects. It gets the camera information between the in and out
point of the project and gets the camera values from every frame, not just the
key frames. I've had problems (and long render times) with large images in AS
pro so I wrote this to make my life easier.

   Alpha Contrast. I found that lowering the value of the Additional Edge Radius
   yielded better looking results on my footage. Lowering the value of the
   Additional Edge Radius and enabling Reduce Chatter allows for better
   results.ĭepending on your footage, there are two settings with Key Cleaner
   you may want to adjust. At this point you might not need to adjust any
   settings with it, if everything already looks good. It basically works in
   conjunction with the Keylight effect, ensuring that the edges of everything
   are clean. Unbeknownst to you, the Key Cleaner effect has already been
   working on your footage from the time you applied the preset. If there is,
   continue to adjust the Screen Matte settings. You can also playback your
   footage now to see if there’s any unwanted noise on the image. You can now
   toggle the Transparency Grid to see that the background has been completely
   removed.
   
   
   
   This is important because if the view accidentally gets set to Final Result,
   artifacts will occur on your keyed footage. Now, change the View setting back
   to Intermediate Result. You can also adjust settings such as Screen
   Shrink/Grow or Screen Softness, if needed.
   
   Now, toggle open the Screen Matte settings.Īdjust the Screen Matte settings
   Clip Black and Clip White until the background is completely black and the
   subject is completely white. This shows a black, white, and grey matte view
   of your footage. Next, change the View setting to Screen Matte. This will
   give you a better color average. Pro tip: Hold CTRL while you click the green
   screen color to sample even more pixels. For Screen Color, select the Color
   Picker and click on an area of the green screen close to your subject. Let’s
   start with the Keylight effect, which we’ll use the select the green screen
   background. Advanced Spill Suppressor: This effect removes color spill from
   the background that might appear on your subject.Key Cleaner: An effect that
   cleans up the edges of your subject and ensures they are sharp.Keylight: A
   chroma keyer that allows you to select the color of your background and make
   it transparent.Drag and drop this preset onto your footage.Īs mentioned, this
   preset contains three separate effects that work together to get you the best
   possible green screen key. There, you’ll see a preset named Keylight + Key
   Cleaner + Advanced Spill Suppressor. Toggle open the Presets folder, and then

The 2013 AASLD/AST Evaluation for Liver Transplantation Guidelines state that
“liver transplant is indicated when the limits of medical therapy have been
reached”. During this time period, among the 41,557 persons listed for
orthotopic liver transplantation, 21,064 (51.2%) received a liver transplant.
Data from 2012-2014 for persons with chronic HCV monoinfection who received a
liver transplant in the United States showed that most recipients were male
(70.8%) and White (69.1%). Since acute HCV rarely causes liver failure, nearly
all transplants related to HCV involve persons with chronic HCV infection who
have developed cirrhosis-related complications. In the early DAA era, the number
of people on the waiting list due to HCV-related complications decreased by 32%
in the United States. This change reflects both the rise in alcohol-related
liver disease and the effectiveness of direct-acting antiviral (DAA) drugs to
treat HCV.

Liver Transplantation in Persons with Chronic HCV Infectionįor more than a
decade, chronic HCV infection was the most common indication for liver
transplantation in the United States, but alcoholic liver disease is now a more
common indication than chronic HCV ( Figure 3). Advances in the field of
transplantation have improved post-primary liver transplant survival rates in
the United States to 91.8% at 1 year after liver transplantation, 83.3% at 3
years, and 76.1% at 5 years. From 1988 through 2018 the overall trend shows a
steady increase in the number of liver transplants performed in the United
States ( Figure 2). In the United States in 2020, an estimated 8,906 liver
transplants were performed and liver transplants accounted for approximately 23%
of all solid organ transplants. This review will discuss general information and
principles regarding liver transplantation, with a focus on specific information
related to liver transplantation for persons with hepatitis C virus (HCV).

In the United States, the major disorders that may result in consideration for
liver transplantation include acute liver failure, chronic liver disease with
advanced cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and liver-based metabolic
