<p>At OutdoorCurtains.com, you may return any new, unused, resalable items within 30 days of delivery. You don't like it? Then don't keep it! Please contact our customer service to get a return authorization number before
sending any item(s) back in order for us to know what items are being returned and in order to get your refund quicker. Please note that some items ship directly from the manufacturer and returns will need to be sent back to
a different address. Once we have provided a return authorization number, simply ship the items to the return address provided, and we will credit you back the amount you paid for the product(s), minus the cost of returning
shipping and restocking fee, once the item(s) is received. In other words, you are responsible for the return shipping cost and restocking fee of any item you return. Any expedited shipping charges you paid on the original

<p>At OutdoorCurtains.com, we do our best to get every order packed and out the door. Many in-stock items ship the same day if ordered before 2 PM EST. For a better sense of how long your order should take to reach its

<h5>Return Policy</h5>
<p>At OutdoorCurtains.com, you may return any new, unused, resalable items within 30 days of delivery. You don't like it? Then don't keep it! Please contact our customer service to get a return authorization number before
sending any item(s) back in order for us to know what items are being returned and in order to get your refund quicker. Please note that some items ship directly from the manufacturer and returns will need to be sent back to
a different address. Once we have provided a return authorization number, simply ship the items to the return address provided, and we will credit you back the amount you paid for the product(s), minus the cost of returning
shipping and restocking fee, once the item(s) is received. In other words, you are responsible for the return shipping cost and restocking fee of any item you return. Any expedited shipping charges you paid on the original
order are <b>non-refundable</b>. Please note that item(s) will be inspected upon return to determine if the item(s) are in resalable condition. If upon inspection the item(s) are deemed in unsalable condition, your credit
