Requirements are subject to change based on local government requirements and
venue safety policies. 

No one under the age of 21 permitted at SFVegas 2023. This includes exhibit
booth staff and interns.  

Structured Finance Association Member Discount: To qualify for Structured
Finance Association (SFA) member rates, your firm must be a fully paid member in
good standing for the 2023 calendar year.  Membership status is subject to
Structured Finance Association's review and approval at both time of
registration and onsite check-in. To the extent SFA 2023 membership dues remain
outstanding beyond January 9, 2023, registrants from that firm will be subject
to the Non-Member Rate until payment of 2023 dues is received. Please contact
sfvegas@structuredfinance.org with any questions.

Investor and Issuer Sponsor Guest Passes: Guest passes are available only to
non-registered qualified investor/issuer persons, as defined below. Previously
registered persons are not eligible for a guest pass or refund of the
registration fee.  Investor/Issuer passes are to be utilized for external
customers only.  

Registration as an investor or issuer for previous Structured Finance
Association events does not guarantee the approval of any individual's investor
or issuer registration for the current event. Registrants who register through
the Structured Finance Association website will be asked a series of questions
regarding their role in the industry, and walk-in registrants will be required
to answer these questions when registering onsite. This information is required
to process registrations. Structured Finance Association staff may contact
registrants via email if additional information is required. 

Registration passes are non-shareable and non-transferable, unless otherwise
specifically approved by Structured Finance Association staff. Any attendee may
be asked to show proper identification throughout the event by security or
Structured Finance Association staff, and individuals found guilty of
pass-sharing/swapping will be invoiced for the full standard registration
fee. Please call 202-524-6300 or email sfvegas@structuredfinance.org prior to
registering if you have questions about the registration process or rates.

Investor Registration: Qualified investors are individuals directly employed by
buy-side firms investing in securitized products whose principal professional
responsibilities  include investment analysis, investment decision-making and/or
portfolio management functions. Qualified investors must be directly involved in
their firm's investment in securitized products. Registration as an investor is
subject to approval. Consultants, outside counsel, financial advisors,
servicers, broker/dealers, and any other third-party service providers who are
not directly employed by a buy-side firm investing in securitized products DO
NOT qualify as investors for registration  purposes. To qualify, your firm must
have invested in securitized products between January 2017 and the date of your
conference registration. All "Investor" registrations will be reviewed by
Structured Finance Association administration before being processed.

Issuer Registration: Qualified issuers are individuals who are primarily,
directly, and personally involved in his/her firm's issuance activities. The
firm must directly issue securitized products and individuals must be directly
employed by the issuing firm. Registration as an issuer is subject to approval. 
Consultants, outside counsel, financial advisors, servicers, broker/dealers, and
any other third-party service providers not directly employed by an issuing firm
DO NOT qualify as issuers for registration purposes. To qualify, your firm must
have issued securitized products between January 2017 and the date of your
conference registration.  All "Issuer" registrations will be reviewed by
Structured Finance Association administration before being processed.

Government Registration: Registrants that are currently employed by a Federal,
State or local government or municipality may qualify for this discounted rate.
All Government registrations will be reviewed by Structured Finance Association
administration before being processed. If you have any questions regarding this

Intellectual Property: Structured Finance Association reserves the right to use
recorded audio or video materials from Events and other content collected during
Events (“Content”) on an unrestricted basis for additional promotional and
educational purposes, which may include use of video, audio, and Event
presentations being posted on our website or distributed as part of our
educational programs. You hereby authorize Structured Finance Association to use
your likeness, personal characteristics and any other proprietary and publicity
rights as contained in any Content for any such purposes without the requirement
of further notice, royalty, payment or other compensation to, or consent from,
you.

Cancellation/Payment Credit Policy: Registration is non-refundable.

 * In-Person Registration: Registration is non-refundable; however, full credit
   vouchers and ticket substitutions will be permitted per the below guidelines:
   * Four weeks or more prior to the event: Full credit voucher to use for
     SFVegas 2023 event registration or a name substitution with an individual
     from the same firm as the original registrant. Credit voucher requests must
     be made by emailing SFVegas@structuredfinance.org on or before January 27,
     2023. Credit voucher requests will not be accepted after this date.
   * Four weeks or less prior to the event (January 28, 2023): Credit voucher
     requests will not be accepted. However, name substitutions with individuals
     from the same firm as the original registrant are permitted up until
     registration closes on Friday, February 24, 2023. Should you choose to keep
     your onsite ticket, you will have full access to the SFVegas 2023 virtual
     portal.
   * NOTE: Registration onsite at the event will be subject to higher fees.

Credit vouchers will be housed within your Cvent contact account and will be
available for use when registering for SFVegas 2023.

IMPORTANT: After cancelling your registration for SFVegas 2023, you must contact
SFVegas@structuredfinance.org to activate the credit voucher within your account
no later than January 27, 2023 at 11:59 PM ET.

If Structured Finance Association decides to cancel any portion of this event,
they will not be held responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or any other
costs. Speakers, agenda, networking, and recreational events are subject to
