Hey Elizabeth,

Nice to "meet" you, and happy to have you on board! I've had a look at your
profile, and really like the heartfelt, sincere content you do.

Perhaps a good angle could be the importance of nurturing relationships in both
your professional and personal life, and the positive impact that has had on
your career and overall well-being, with some examples of a) a connection that
seemed random/insignificant but blossomed into something special down the line
because you reached out thoughtfully, having recorded a tidbit of info in folk
and set yourself a reminder or b) a group of contacts you consciously nurtured
to mutual benefit. And how folk has made that easy.

It could also be interesting (as we want to target teams) to talk about the
benefits of managing contacts/relationships collaboratively as a team. With folk
you can store all the info you want on your contacts, sort them into groups,
message them in bulk (while personalizing messages to each recipient), track
pipelines, set reminders for yourself or teammates. You can also enrich data if
you have limited info on your contacts.

So I guess the options are talking about folk as a personal CRM or a team one -
or both? Interested to hear your thoughts :)

Best,
Teresa
