Can I cancel my subscription?

account and deactivate the auto-renewal option at any time that suits you.

Please note, upon cancellation, you will lose access to all coaching
conversations and member profiles and team insights.

Do I have to include the Admin in the subscription?

No, there's no need to worry about additional charges for administrators on our
platform. We offer complimentary access to all system admins as long as there is
at least one paying member within your organisation. Our goal is to make
managing your team as seamless and cost-effective as possible. So, while your
team benefits from our comprehensive coaching services, you, as an admin, can
oversee and facilitate their growth journey without any extra subscription fees.

Are there any limits on Coaching Messages?

Absolutely not! We believe in providing you with unrestricted access to guidance
and support. Therefore, there are no limits on the number of messages you can
send to your AI coach. Whether you have a quick question or need in-depth
advice, feel free to reach out as often as you like. Our AI coach is here to
assist you continuously, ensuring you have all the support you need for your
