And why bother distinguishing between food nutrients at all if not for their
different digestion and metabolism?Īnimals are unable to obtain energy directly
from fibers. While calling fibers carbohydrates is correct from a chemical
nomenclature point of view, it would be incorrect from a nutritional point of
view because fibers are just not metabolized in the same manner as other
carbohydrates such as starch and glucose. They write: “…so we include soluble
fibers in the category of carbohydrates digestible by chimpanzees”. Sadly, one
flaw in the authors’ analysis turns their interpretations upside down. In other
words if “Westernized humans” only reverted (6 million years) to the

coincides with what we believe to be the healthiest human diet, one that
contains high amounts of complex carbohydrates and only small amounts of fat” As

inside the event horizon lies the heart of the black hole. Our Earth would need
to be compressed to a size smaller than 1.77 cm across (diameter). For example,
our Sun would become a black hole if its mass was contained within a sphere
about 2.5 km across. The only requirement is that its physical size is less than
the Schwarzschild radius. In theory, any mass can be compressed sufficiently to
form a black hole. The limit of this region is called the `event horizon’, a
name which signifies that it is impossible to observe any event taking place
inside of it (since information is unable to get out).įor a non-rotating black
hole, the radius of the event horizon is known as the Schwarzschild radius -with
no recognition of Droste – and marks the point at which the escape velocity from
the black hole equals the speed of light. Using Einstein’s theory of general
relativity, they discovered that matter compressed to a point (possibly no
bigger than the Planck length) would be enclosed by a spherical region of space
from which nothing could escape. However, it was Karl Schwarzschild (1873-1916)
and the little-known Johannes Droste, who independently developed the modern
idea for a black hole. The existence of black holes was first suggested as far
back as the late 1700s. Outside the event horizon, v esc < c and there is
therefore some hope to escape – if you’re quick enough. Within the event
horizon, the escape speed ( v esc ) exceeds the speed of light ( c ), and given
that nothing can travel faster than the speed of light, anything inside this
sphere is trapped forever. The basic structure of a black hole consists of an
object hidden behind an ` event horizon’.

be used for various comparison examples that we'll explain as a part of this

If FSX Steam does not see the MS FSX version then it uses the same folders and
file names. This includes the registry entry's, scenery.cfg, fsx.cfg, dll.xml,
exe.xml, etc. When the user installs the Steam edition first than installs the
box FSX-MS version, the box FSX MS version will overwrite many of the FSX Steam
files.

The 1st is a single FSX Steam version install and the 2nd is a box version of
MS-FSX side by side install which you have. NEVER install the FSX box version

Well Dovetail did say they tried to completely seperate them but these things do

config or something. I've noticed that if I run FX10SE while in the Pilot Review
and then exit, my FX10 Boxed will startup in that same menu regardless of what
mode it was in when I exited it. So no conflict could exist since SE was already
using my old files. Mind you, the box version wasn't even installed at this
point.Ī day leter I re-installed my boxed version. I noticed then that the log
book and my saved files were from my boxed version. It didn't actually try and
reinstall the whole program but I had to click each window before it would
eventually start the actual program. I ran FX10SE several times and each time it
went through loading the install and other files. FX10 Uninstall does not erase
them and shouldn't.

The logs, added aircraft and Saved Flights were still on my hard drive. I was
going to reinstall it but instead I installed FX10SE. I had uninstalled it do to
some problem causing it not to load. When I installed FX10SE my boxed version
FX10 was not installed.

or their users, I see no reason to abandon this situation. This is not bad, but
it’s worth recognizing. My conclusion is that the official part file format
recommends DOS line endings solely for backwards compatibility with the program
that inspired the system.

With the exception of the inimitable original, none of the many LDraw programs I
could test had any trouble interpreting files formatted without DOS line
endings. According to the discussion that inspired this inventory, it too is at
least partly dependent on DOS line endings. I could not find a downloadable copy
of LDAO (LDraw Add-On) to test. Bricksmith 3.0 adds the following features:
LSynth integration with real-time, drag-and-drop constraint editing for creating
flexible hoses, chains, bands, etc. James Jessiman’s original LDRAW and LEDIT
programs ( downloadable here) can’t do it – but they’re worth celebrating
anyway, so here’s a screenshot of LEDIT looking at the DOS-formatted version of
