The entire staff made a really difficult time easier to manage. From the first
meeting to the Aftercare program everyone understood how challenging this time
is for the family and they treated everyone with care and respect. The service
was lovely and exactly what we as a family needed to start to heal. I am forever
thankful for Sonya who organized the service and Victoria (Aftercare Estate
Specialist) for their professional, caring nature and their knowledge of what
needs to happen once you lose a loved on.

Emails answered within 1 hour each and every time. We were unaware of the

The details and decision process following the death of a loved one is
overwhelming. While I anticipated a professional handling of the process by
O'Donnell's, I was astonished with the caring and kindness given to me and my
family. Brianna Bennett was with me every step of the way and still is! She
carefully listened to me, offered suggestions and put every detail in place. I
noticed many staff watching from a close distance prepared to be of help. I knew
I was safe and all would be ok. It was a very special wake, funeral, and burial.
At the end, I felt satisfied that my husband would be proud and pleased with his
final goodbye. I will always be grateful to Anthony, Brianna and the amazing

both my parents, and most recently my aunt. Most of our family had moved out of
state and the staff at O'Donnell made it so easy to plan my aunt's funeral, even
though most of the planning had to be done remotely. The arrangements involved
flying my aunt to Massachusetts from Florida, and that was handled seamlessly.
