Passionate about provenance and quality, Billy Franks only uses the best British
grass-fed beef, free-range turkey, outdoor-reared pork and meat-free,
plant-based ingredients to make our high-protein, award-winning snacks.
It’s not just about what’s in our products but also what we leave out. We don’t
use any colourings, preservatives or nitrates, because we know our unique
production method is preservative enough. Not to mention we are low in sugar,
salt and carbs.

Situated at the front of our jerky production unit, our cosy bottle shop is
stocked with some of the best craft beers, hot sauces and our handmade jerky
snacks and delicious Boozy Bacon Jams.
With indoor and outdoor space available, the 'shack' is the perfect place to
stop by, grab a seat and enjoy a beer or takeaway a few cans and a bag of jerky
for the road.
