3RD FEBRUARY 2023.
Her Excellency, Ambassador Beatrice Uwani Danladi on her investiture as
Ambassador in situ by president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria His
Excellency President Muhammadu Buhari. The letter of conferment was presented by
the Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama on
3rd February 2023.

"TO ENHANCE THE INTEREST OF NIGERIA IN SPAIN AND PURSUE THE OVERALL PROTECTION
OF NIGERIANS IN SPAIN"
THE EMBASSY
The Nigerian Diplomatic Mission was accredited to the Kingdom of Spain in 1976,
and through the years has maintained a consistent goal of developing an
extensive range of Consular, Bilateral relations and Nigerian Citizens
Diplomacy.
The Mission continues to vigorously pursue a strong bilateral relations between
Nigeria and Spain. In addition to this, the Mission promotes Nigeria´s tourism
industry through the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO),
headquartered in Madrid to which the Mission is equally accredited.
The Mission houses both the Embassy and the Consulate offices at the same
location in Madrid. The Head of Mission, Her Excellency, Ambassador Beatrice
Uwani Danladi, who is concurrently Nigeria´s Permanent Representative to the
United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), shares a strong leaning
towards developing a robust bilateral and private Trade relations between
Nigeria and the Kingdom of Spain.

La Misión Diplomática de Nigeria fue acreditada ante el Reino de España en 1976
y, a lo largo de los años, ha mantenido el objetivo constante de desarrollar una
amplia gama de relaciones consulares, bilaterales y diplomacia de ciudadanos
nigerianos.
La Misión continúa persiguiendo vigorosamente unas sólidas relaciones
bilaterales entre Nigeria y España. Además, la Misión promueve la industria
turística de Nigeria a través de la Organización Mundial del Turismo de las
Naciones Unidas (OMT), con sede en Madrid ante la cual la Misión está igualmente
acreditada.
La Misión alberga las oficinas de la Embajada y el Consulado en el mismo lugar
en Madrid. El Jefe de Misión, Su Excelencia, Embajador Beatrice Uwani Danladi,
quien es al mismo tiempo Representante Permanente de Nigeria ante la
Organización Mundial del Turismo de las Naciones Unidas (OMT), comparte una
fuerte inclinación hacia el desarrollo de relaciones comerciales bilaterales y
privadas sólidas entre Nigeria y el Reino de España.
