Within this portal we have separated out some of the tools Havas helia uses to
create more effective solutions for our clients and separated them out to help
you access what you need. We have a 3 step methodology that ensures clients
optimise the opportunities to deliver meaningful consumer experiences, using
insight, tech, data and creative. For more information contact Ol Janus.

Meaningful Brands Process Meaningful Brands Data Products

At this initial stage we understand the experiences that consumers experience
with the Brand today, we assess how consumers feel and think about the brand and
the experiences they have today. We investigate the data, tech and process
enablers used to deliver the experiences. We also assess how success and value
is defined and measured both by the brand and the consumer, we also seek to
uncover new KPI milestones through additional analysis.

Using the insight we have gathered in the Discover phase we use the design stage
to create new consumer experiences we want to deliver by defining the behaviours
we are seeking to influence, how we will ensure the creative idea, dialog and
content is relevant to individuals and consumer segments and what the look and
feel for each touchpoint between the consumer and the brand will be. This stage
results in designed and visualised consumer experiences, what they will deliver
in terms of value, how performance will be measured and what is needed to
deliver them.

At this stage we create the assets and collaborate with your internal operations
and delivery teams to put the right enablers in place that will make it happen.
We will create, test and deliver channel optimised assets for campaign
execution. This is an on-going process with in-flight performance review and
content optimisation.
