GREAT BOUTIQUE HOTEL
Really enjoyed the hotel. Bring AMEX Platinum member, I received a
complementary upgrade. The hotel is well situated in historical part of
Salzburg. The decor of the home takes you back in time to European castle
of the 1800s.

FANTASTIC
Wonderful stay at the Goldener! The staff was fantastic - very helpful and
attentive without being overbearing. The vibe and style was very classic
with the right modern amenities. Stayed in a junior suite that was
rustically decorated, but had a large beautifully done bathroom with big
soaker tub and separate shower with oversized rainfall shower head. Bar has
a great selection and the restaurant next door was fantastic. Classic
Austrian dishes with interesting twists. Fantastic locations as well with
lots of sites within a short walk.

All of the staff are so dedicated and friendly, best hotel in Salzburg, no
surprise all the world‘s celebrities stay there.
The rooms are outstanding - everything best quality…toiletries from Lalique
etc.

GREAT FAMILY HOLIDAY
Great place for family holidays ( on a pedestrian road no cars , super
safe-but also for romantic holidays. Hotel is excellent, amazing rooms, old
traditional style but very new and with hi tech details, Herzl restaurant
in hotel is the best in Salzburg, looking forward to come back to try the
michelin star as well.

A FABULOUS STAY
After many years returned to Goldener Hirsch and it was everything I
remembered and more.
From reception and concierge to my suite , breakfast and Herzl restaurant (
the other restaurant was closed ) everything was absolutely impeccable.
Each and every member off staff is friendly and professional and greatly
contribute to the guest experience.
The quality of the food at breakfast and in the Herzl restaurant is very
high and all delicious.
The interiors are delightfully traditional and reflect Salzburg style.
The beds and bedding are extremely comfortable.
In short everything you need for a perfect stay

If you are staying in Salzburg it is a must stay! This hotel is so special
that it is hard to describe the amazing experience. Such great staff, food

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!
This hotel met and exceeded all out expectations. The staff was so friendly
and courteous. They always made sure we did not want for anything. The
breakfast was very good and the staff was outstanding. Always made us smile
and laugh.
We used the room service, which was great and utilized the bar and
restaurant and both were outstanding in the atmosphere, staff and quality
of food.
I will be returning to this gem in Salzburg! Perfect location.

Absolutely fabulous stay!! Ideal location, amazing warm and friendly staff
who made us feel so welcome, beautiful well appointed room and lovely
