Read more Richard 2024-01-15 We recently had a 15KW system + 20KWHr battery installed in Melbourne. The whole process was excellent. Campbell was patient and fastidious on the quote (I obtained three quotes, FS was the middle, very slightly cheaper than another good company). We kept going back and forth on design and changing panels without making me feel like a pain. Jerry did an excellent job on the install. A number of companies subcontract to different people, FS have used the same two crews in Melbourne for ages and I was so impressed. My neighbour looked at the inverters and battery and said “your installer has OCD I love it”. I cared a lot about how it looked from the street and Jerry called me any time there was a decision I might care about. We got a little unlucky on the weather on install dates but also very impressed with how I was treated and rescheduled (can’t control the weather!) and the fact they put the safety of their crew first. 3 months in it works flawlessly.
