AILANETH ROSALES SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER, LATAM * * Ailaneth has been working in diverse industries such as Pharmaceutical, Construction and Research for over 10 years, and in those roles has developed expertise around Project and Supplier Management, Process Safety, Compliance and Engineering. Most recently, Ailaneth was with GSK (GlaxoSmithKline) Pharmaceutical where she gained direct experience with project purchasing, capital budget tracking and forecasting, risk analysis, process improvement, and many other areas that will benefit NET(net) clients through her management of engagements and service delivery. She achieved a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá. Residing in Panama, Ailaneth is also bilingual in English and Spanish. CHRIS HIRST SVP, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT * * Canadian by birth, Chris moved to the United States in the early 2000’s and began his career in technology with WorldPay as a Regional Manager in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. While at WorldPay Chris created and implemented a national referral network to be utilized by field teams throughout the United States. Chris completed his WorldPay tenure as a Vice President of Sales based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Chris has also served as Director of Sales for RS Software, a digital payments company, and as Vice President of Business Development for AgileThought. Chris is very active in the IT community in Atlanta, belonging to several networking groups and organizations. He has served on the Board of TAG (Technology Association of Georgia) and volunteers with WIT (Women in IT), ATP (Atlanta Technology Professionals). Additionally, he donates time and energy mentoring students in the TechBridge Career Program. Chris is married with three children and lives in the greater Atlanta area. When he is not volunteering his time to various organizations, he is passionate about hockey, being outdoors, and endeavoring to live his best life. Read more As the Sr. Vice President of Value Creation, Philippe leads NET(net)’s efforts in helping Clients optimize their infrastructure investments in hybrid and multi-cloud environments, and continually works to improve the Cloud Cost Optimization (‘CCO’) methodologies for NET(net). Philippe brings 20 years of pricing and deal experience in the areas of IT outsourcing, professional services, cloud infrastructure and Saas. Philippe came to NET(net) from AWS Strategic Customer Engagement team, responsible for strategy, structure and negotiation of enterprise agreements. Prior to AWS, Philippe was a VP commercial pricing & strategy at GE Digital. He has also worked in management roles at Unisys, ISG, HPE and CapGemini. Philippe is located in California, holds an MBA from UC Berkeley, and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from INSA Lyon, France. AUSTIN ZOLMAN ASSOCIATE & SECRETARY OF THE BOARD * * * * Austin Zolman is a legacy and third generation of Zolmans to be part of NET(net). As our Associate, Austin works in all areas of the business, including working with special clients and partners, takes on special projects in the front office in areas such as marketing, investor relations, business development, and brand management. As our Secretary of the Board, he is also responsible for company documents, recording resolutions, and retaining company registers. Austin graduated from Hope College (Holland, MI) with a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. During his free time, he enjoys being on the golf course, fishing, skiing, scuba diving, and boxing. TODD WOLFF EVP, CLIENT SERVICES * * Todd Wolff is an Executive Vice President at NET(net) responsible for leading Client acquisition and engagement efforts, with a focus on Healthcare and International regions. Mr. Wolff brings over three decades of IT supplier optimization expertise, which includes founding his own company focused on driving incremental value in technology supply chains. In 2002, Mr. Wolff founded NPI with a vision to level the playing field for corporate technology buyers with real-time fair market pricing. During that time, he worked with some of the world's leading brands in driving business value, gaining invaluable market experience analyzing and negotiating hundreds of agreements, across all strategic technology segments. After concluding a successful sale of NPI in 2012, he has been engaged in IT Value consulting with large healthcare organizations in driving down cost and optimizing value across their IT supplier portfolio, including the largest healthcare organization in greater Los Angeles, California. Mr. Wolff now applies this professional experience to NET(net)’s Clients, bringing to the fore deep supplier market knowledge, coupled with intrinsic insight into the business priorities driving executive leadership decisions. This alignment of business acumen, hands-on experience, and thought leadership are an invaluable resource to helping Clients achieve even the most aggressive business objectives. Todd lives in Newport Beach, California with his family. He spends his early mornings swimming or surfing in the Pacific Ocean and enjoying all of the outdoor activities the area provides. CHRIS HONIGMAN EVP, CLIENT SERVICES - PRIVATE EQUITY * * * As Executive Vice President Client Services - Private Equity, Chris is focused on providing program management and oversight to drive the highest levels of performance and value. He is also responsible for driving acquisition strategies and partnerships across select Private Equity firms in North America. Chris brings a diverse background to NET(net) having held various senior leadership positions across the Information Technology industry, including leadership roles with Verizon Enterprise Solutions (formerly MCI), Aura, SunGard Availability Services, Electronic Ink (now Capgemini Invent), and Broadwing Communications, (now CenturyLink). Prior to NET(net), Chris held the position of Senior Private Equity Sales Executive with Paycor. Chris’ direct experience in the Private Equity space gives him a unique perspective and a clear view of the importance of value creation, with an understanding of business issues impacting private equity firms and their portfolio companies. A graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications, along with his Cybersecurity Certification from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. Chris lives in the Greater Philadelphia Area with his wife Colleen and has two grown adult children.
