VIDEO: RAND PAUL’S DEMOCRAT OPPONENT DONS A NOOSE TO SUGGEST SENATOR SUPPORTS
LYNCHING

Describes Paul as “the person who singlehandedly blocked an antilynching act
from being federal law” despite the fact Paul co-sponsored the anti-lynching
bill that became federal law

Senator Rand Paul’s Democratic opponent in Kentucky has put out a video in which
he is seen wearing a noose around his neck, and suggesting that Paul supports
lynching black people.

Charles Booker appears in the video, which implies that Paul held up legislation
in 2020 that would have made lynching a federal hate crime in America because he
actually supports it.

Booker voices over the footage, stating “The pain of our past persists to this
day,” adding that “In Kentucky, like many states throughout the South, lynching
was a tool of terror. It was used to kill hopes for freedom.”

“It was used to kill my ancestors,” Booker continues, as he appears under a
tree with a noose around his neck.

Watch:

“Now, in a historic victory for our commonwealth, I have become the first Black
Kentuckian to receive the Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate,” Booker
continues, before turning directly to Rand Paul and describing him as “The very
person who compared expanded health care to slavery.”

“The person who said he would have opposed the Civil Rights Act. The person who
singlehandedly blocked an antilynching act from being federal law,” Booker
further contends.

The video then contains the sound of a tightened rope creaking as Booker says
“The choice couldn’t be clearer… Do we move forward together? Or do we let
politicians like Rand Paul forever hold us back and drive us apart?”

As noted by The Courier Journal, Booker “does not mention that Paul went on to
co-sponsor a new (and bipartisan) version of that [anti-lynching] legislation.
The Senate unanimously voted this March to pass the updated Emmett Till
Antilynching Act, which is now law.”

Paul has also repeatedly said that he supports the Civil Rights Act. The notion
that he doesn’t comes from a comment he made in 2010 when he said he disliked
the idea of government enforcing mandates on private businesses.

The healthcare/slavery comment was made by Paul in relation to his opposition to
the expansion of Obamacare, which mandated insurance through select government
approved companies.

Paul said, during a Senate hearing in 2011, “With regard to the idea whether or
not you have a right to health care, you have to realize what that implies. I am
a physician. You have a right to come to my house and conscript me. It means you
believe in slavery.”

Booker’s insinuations are clear. He is attempting to disingenuously paint up his
opponent, Rand Paul, as an extreme racist.

Democrats in 2022 claiming that their political opponents are racist on every
issue is just par for the course now.

VIDEO: WHITE HOUSE SAYS EXECUTIVE ACTION ON GUN CONTROL COMING

“It is an epidemic – the gun violence we are seeing across the country and we
have to do something”

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre declared Tuesday that “executive
actions” on gun control are being looked at by the Biden administration.

Jean-Pierre told reporters “It is an epidemic – the gun violence we are seeing
across the country and we have to do something,” adding “we have to take efforts
to act to protect our kids.”

“We are looking at other executive actions that we can possibly do,” she further
revealed.

Watch:

Jean Pierre also stated that Joe Biden is not interested in making schools more
secure in an effort to deter potential shooters, nor focusing on mental health
issues.

“That is not his focus obviously and when it comes to school … I know there has
been a conversation about hardening schools, that is not something he believes
in,” Jean-Pierre said.

“What’s the problem here. The problem is with guns and not having legislation to
really deal with an issue that is a pandemic here in this country,” she added.

The comments come in the wake of Biden repeatedly proclaiming that the Second
Amendment is “not absolute,” and repeating claims that there have “always been
limitations” to owning firearms.

Biden did, however, admit that he “cannot dictate” gun control measures.

Biden told reporters “There was a while there where people were saying that, you
know, the Tree of Liberty is watered with the blood of patriots and what we have
to do is … take on the government when they’re wrong. Well, to do that, you need
an F-15, you know? Or you need an Abrams tank.”

Meanwhile, a poll conducted by The Trafalgar Group in partnership with
Convention of States Action (COSA) has found a majority of Americans, 57.5%,
support having properly trained, armed teachers in schools.

VIDEO: RAND PAUL SLAMS “DEMOCRAT PLAN TO BRAND POLICE, SOLDIERS AS WHITE
SUPREMACISTS AND NEO-NAZIS”

Senator labels Biden’s ‘Domestic Terror Bill’ “insulting”

In a speech on the Senate floor Friday, Rand Paul blasted efforts by Democrats
to paint up all law enforcement officers and those in the military as dangerous
radical racists.

Paul was addressing The Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act of 2022, blocked by
Republicans in the Senate, that demands the FBI and Department of Homeland
Security change the way they investigate and monitor domestic terrorism
suspects.

The official summary of the bill notes that an “interagency task force” would be
established in order to probe into “white supremacist and neo-Nazi infiltration
of the uniformed services and federal law enforcement agencies.”

“This bill should be called by a more accurate name: the Democrat plan to brand
our police and soldiers as white supremacists and neo-Nazis,” Paul proclaimed.

He continued, “How insulting,” adding “We knew that Democrats despise and want
to defund the police, but now, they believe that the police, federal law
enforcement, and the U.S. military are full of white supremacists and
neo-Nazis?”

Referring to the now mothballed ‘Disinformation Governance Board’, Paul also
noted “Those of us who still care about the Bill of Rights just got done taking
down the DHS ‘Ministry of Truth,’ and a day later, Democrats want to create the
DHS Thought Police. You couldn’t make it up if you tried. But they don’t stop
there.”

“The bill creates two other Thought Police offices at the Department of Justice
and at the FBI, which seems like a self-defeating choice, since elsewhere in the
bill, we are told that federal law enforcement is shot through with white
supremacists and neo-Nazis,” Paul urged.

The Senator also noted that “None of the bill makes sense. It doesn’t make sense
because it was a bill that was never intended to become law. It’s a dumb,
Washington talking points memo masquerading as legislation.”

“But congressional Democrats have gotten so radical, so extreme, and so
out-of-touch with the American people that when they read it, they see something
worthwhile,” he added.

Paul concluded that “This bill will fail today because the Democrats’ message —
hate the police, defund the police, slander the military and police as racists
and white supremacists — has been roundly rejected by the American people.”

The bill failed to pass the Senate’s 60-vote filibuster in a 47-47 vote.

VIDEO: CRUZ ASSERTS “WE’RE NOT RESPONDING TO TRAGEDY BY GIVING UP RIGHTS”

“It’s a lot easier to moralize about guns and to shriek about those you disagree
with politically”

Texas Senator Ted Cruz defiantly signalled to anti-Second Amendment campaigners
that he intends to fight off efforts to impinge on rights in the wake of the
Uvalde school shooting last week.

Speaking at the NRA conference in Houston this past weekend, Cruz stated “It’s
far easier to slander one’s political adversaries and to demand that responsible
citizens forfeit their constitutional rights than it is to examine the cultural
sickness giving birth to unspeakable acts of evil.”

“It’s far less comfortable to ask why despair and isolation and violent hatred
is so prevalent in America,” he further urged, adding that “the elites who
dominate our culture” are intent on pushing the idea that “firearms lie at the
root of the problem.”

Cruz continued, “Tragedies like the events of this week are a mirror forcing us
to ask hard questions, demanding that we see where our culture is failing,
looking at broken families, absent fathers, declining church attendance, social
media bullying, violent online content, desensitizing the act of murder in video
games, chronic isolation, prescription drug, and opioid abuse and their
collective effects on the psyche of young Americans is both complicated and
multifaceted.”

“It’s a lot easier to moralize about guns and to shriek about those you disagree
with politically, but it’s never been about guns,” the Senator further declared.

“Taking guns away from these responsible Americans will not make them safer, nor
will it make our nation more secure,” Cruz said, adding that “In an age where
elites embrace defunding the police, when homelessness runs rampant, when gangs
dominate entire communities, and when radical district attorneys refuse to
prosecute violent crime in cities across America, rarely has the Second
Amendment been more necessary to secure the rights of our fellow citizens.”

Watch:

In the past few days Cruz has been forced to fend off confrontations from
reporters, leftist agitators and Democrats advocating, in some cases, literally
repealing the Second Amendment.
