U.S. Mission Türkiye of the U.S. Department of State is pleased to announce that
funding is available through its Public Diplomacy Grants Program.


SECRETARY BLINKEN’S CALL WITH TURKISH FOREIGN MINISTER CAVUSOGLU

Secretary Blinken thanked the Foreign Minister for his country’s efforts to
secure a resumption of the Black Sea Grain Initiative by encouraging Russia’s
return.


PRESS RELEASE ON OPENING DATE OF NEW U.S. EMBASSY

The U.S. Embassy in Ankara will begin operations at its new location,1480 Sokak
No. 1 Çukurambar Mahallesi 06530 Çankaya, Ankara begining August 29, 2022. 


STATEMENT BY SECRETARY ANTONY J. BLINKEN ON FIRST GRAIN SHIP DEPARTING THE BLACK
SEA

We again commend the United Nations and Turkey for mediating the diplomacy that
resulted in today’s significant step, which raises hope of bringing the millions
of tons of grain stuck at Ukraine’s ports to those facing food insecurity around
the world.


UNITED WITH UKRAINE
