Open default downloads forder using browser menu (three-dot symbol usually),
then click Downloads or similar option inside the menu.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD FILE ON IPHONE? OTHER APPLE DEVICE?

The process is same as for Android, only for the final 3rd step to happen, for
actual download to work - you will need Documents app installed, or device has
to be jail-broken from restrictions set by Apple, such as downloading MP3s only
with iTunes, etc.
