I AM WALKING AWAY WITH NEW PERSPECTIVE AND MORE THOUGHTFUL APPROACHES TO MY TEAM AND MY MANAGEMENT APPROACH. ONE OF THE BEST PROGRAMS I'VE GONE THROUGH FOR PEOPLE MANAGEMENT.
