family office structure.

We are seeking an Investment Analyst with strong all round corporate finance
experience.

Candidates with investment, transactions, DD and deals experience form Big4 or
similar will be considered.

Experience within Equities, Private Equity & Credit/Debt, Property & Funds is
beneficial.

It will not be a pure M&A play role so it may not appeal to all IBD types, but
may attract junior candidates looking to exit IBD or those returning to Perth
for WLB.

The role will require fundamental analysis and research skills, capital
structures / CapEx understanding, review of financial models (not necessarily
model builds), plus a wide suite of investment duties.

#quantitative advisor in their NYC office. The primary focus of this role is to
set up/design a #risk framework for #equities from scratch and work closely
alongside a number of PM’s/portfolios. Ideally, this candidate will have
experience as a risk officer or a former quant with risk experience in
stat-arb/cash #equities

We are looking for 2-4 years experience from buy-side or sell-side. The team is
