Yes, you can pay for your prescriptions and Virtual Care visits using your HSA
or FSA funds.



CAN I USE MY FSA OR HSA TO PAY FOR HEALTH CARE EXPENSES FOR OTHER FAMILY
MEMBERS?

You can use your FSA or HSA card to pay for eligible expenses made by:

 * Yourself Your spouse

 * A qualifying child

 * A qualifying relative

Dependents are eligible for the plan, even when they do not qualify to be
claimed as your tax dependent on your tax return. Check with your tax advisor
before you make your election for the plan year.



CAN I FIND PAST PURCHASES TO SUBMIT FOR FSA OR HSA REIMBURSEMENT?

Yes, you can download a receipt by logging into your Optum store account. You
can also contact customer care to request a receipt for a previous purchase, via
email at support@store. optum.com or by phone at 1-855-946-4463.



CAN I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED USING A FSA OR HSA CARD?

Yes, you can return items purchased with your FSA or HSA card, subject to and in
accordance with our return policy.



CAN I SHOP WITHOUT AN FSA OR HSA CARD?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards and debit cards, including Mastercard,
Visa, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.

Yes, typically FSA transactions require documentation like a receipt to verify
that the purchase was for an eligible expense. As each plan can vary, it is
important to check with your plan sponsor or plan administrator to confirm the
rules that apply for your specific FSA.

or UnitedHealthcare FSA card, a receipt won't be required.

your FSA dollars at the Optum Store can come in handy.

Note that some plans may allow you to rollover some remaining FSA dollars as
well as submit claims beyond the end of the plan period for eligible expenses
you incurred before the deadline. Check with your HR department or plan
administrator for your specific plan rules in your Summary Plan Description
(SPD).

WHAT IS AN HSA?

When using your Optum Bank FSA card or UnitedHealthcare FSA card, you don’t need
to submit your receipts. If you use a different FSA card or need to get
reimbursed from your FSA, you will need to check with your HR department or plan
administrator for your specific plan rules for submitting receipts or getting
reimbursed.
