Try running this patch. Unzip the file, then you MUST right click the file and
RUN AS ADMINISRTATOR.

Verify this file : C:\Program Files
(x86)\PerkinElmer\Spectrum\IRWinLab.exe.config
Open the file in notepad,
Find the lines in between :








Before patch, this following line doesn't exist



This line will only be added in when the patch is installed.
