I recently started quoting and binding again with SageSure. I normally do not
like to review my experience with a company, but I thought I had to let your
company know.… The Chat feature is great and very helpful. I do want to mention
one person in particular that I felt went over and beyond to help me fix and
bind two policies today. His name is RudoIph. I first spoke to him on 01/16/24
for at least 45 minutes (first chat and after he called me and shared my screen)
trying to resolve the issues for me to bind my 1st policy with you and not
knowing the steps and process of your company. It was not resolved and he made
notes to the U/W and IT re: my issue. He called me back on 01/18/24 to check
status hoping the issue would have been resolved. No luck. Two phone calls and
about close to 2 hours later, we got my 1st policy fixed and bound. I quoted
another one last night and asked him to review also, so I could not bind and
finalize this one too. He saw that it was almost the same issues. Did the normal
checks and I had to rekey that one for a second time and w/ the underwriters
review and approval, we were able to get my second one done too. He was very
patient, knowledgeable and did his best to make sure I was okay. I really
appreciated that Rudolph was the one who picked up my Chat on Tuesday. He is an
asset to the company and I appreciated everything he did and tried to get my
policies done. Big thank you to him and the underwriter (I think he said
Jennifer???) for working on this with me. I look forward to writing more
