Who We Are




MetroList® is the largest Northern California Multiple Listing Service that
provides real estate professionals with essential data and important tools
necessary to compete in today’s real estate market. MetroList gives brokers and
agents the ability to input listings and search listing information on thousands
of properties on the market, archived information on hundreds of thousands of
properties sold, and access to tax records in 58 California counties.


Everyday more than 21,000 real estate professionals depend on MetroList to
provide them with quality information, leading technology and the professional
training needed to be successful. The information we safeguard, the rules we
enforce and community we foster help our subscribers do what they do with
confidence. We call that Making the Market Work – Confidence, Connections,
Community.


MetroList is the second-largest MLS in the State of California and serves
Amador, El Dorado, Merced, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Stanislaus,
and Yolo Counties. Covering a geographic market area over 10,000 square miles,
MetroList operates ten regional administrative centers that provide a full range
of resources and services to help real estate professionals in their businesses.
In addition, MetroList has multiple data sharing agreements with neighboring
MLSs that gives its subscribers the ability to list and sell their clients
properties in 24 Northern California counties.


MetroList was founded in 1985 by three Association of REALTORS(AOR); Sacramento,
Placer County and El Dorado. As the success of MetroList grew, Lodi AOR,
Stockton AOR, Amador County AOR, Yolo County AOR and the Brokers in Western
Merced County joined to provide a seamless real estate information network.
Today, MetroList serves nine Northern California central valley counties and is
50% owned by the California Real Estate Brokers, Inc. and 50% owned by the local
Associations of REALTORS.
