How does this happen? We pay a LOT of attention to detail and have a super
thorough internal revision process called the 4 Eyes and Ears Principle to
ensure top notch quality across sound, visuals, copy, and animations before you
see the first video.

Do you work with businesses like mine?

We work with entrepreneurs, agencies, and do video editing for businesses across
all industries...

You name it, we’ve edited it. From course creators, coaches, realtors, interior
designers, book writers, travelers, influencers, and calligraphers; to the
fitness and wellness, nutrition, beauty and makeup spaces against high-profile
universities, large financial companies, construction companies, and other
groups and companies. We could go on. Seriously.

In fact the only thing we DON’T edit? Personal videos and wedding videos.

What types of video editing services do you offer?

Our services primarily fall into four categories:

1 - Course and training videos
2 - YouTube videos
3 - Promo videos and ads
4 - Short social media videos

What’s the typical turnaround time for a video project?

Our internal process includes lots of revisions before you see anything, this
typically takes anything from 5 to 15 business days depending on the type of
video, complexity of edit, and length of raw footage.

How many revisions are included?

As many as you want. You typically have a couple of hours for revisions included
in the quoted price of the video.

How do we communicate?

We use Slack to easily keep in touch without the hassle of emailing
back-and-forth.

I’m SUPER busy. How much time do you need from me?

We get it, don’t worry. Our entire process has been designed around making it
easy for busy entrepreneurs and we make this as hands-off as possible. All you
have to do is upload your footage into the Dropbox folder and then give us
feedback on the videos. That’s it.

You simply watch the video and add your comments in the easy-to-use Frame.io
platform – this creates a note at exactly the right timestamp so we know what
you want to change.

How do I send you my footage?

We’ll create you a Dropbox folder with unlimited storage and you just need to
pop your videos in there.

What exactly is included in your video editing services?

Typically, we include the following in our video editing services:

 * Creative direction
 * Narrative and pacing: We cut the long pauses, mistakes, or repetitions
 * Multicam editing: We use camera switch, split screen and picture-in-picture
   techniques
 * Reframing and dynamic zooms: We modify aspect ratios, crop, and reframe
 * Color correction and color grading
 * Design and animation of motion graphics in your brand colors and fonts to
   keep you consistent
 * Dialogue audio processing: We reduce background noise, echo, sibilance, etc.
   to give you the best audio quality
 * Sound design: We add depth, emotion, and atmosphere to your video with sound
   effects, music, and voiceovers
 * Research and licensing of stock assets
 * Real-time communication: We’ll see you in our Slack channel
 * Production tips
 * Cloud storage
 * Revisions
