Carrie has spent the last 20+ years practicing yoga and 3.5 years teaching and
supporting other busy women relieve stress, anxiety and tension within the body.
It's her Type A overachieving tendencies that led her to embrace yoga
wholeheartedly and she now loves helping other burnt-out over-doers find
themselves again on the mat.




Clients often say that her unique style and gentle approach to yoga has been
life-changing for their physical and mental health. Carrie’s goal is to help
busy women go from Type A to Type Zen using feel-good movement, breath work and

Stephanie Huntjens White is a mentor and perspective shifter uniting women in

by boosting energy, conquering mood swings and sweetening sleep.

Empowering women during this pivotal phase of life to flourish, rediscover their
comfort zone, and rekindle self-love for their bodies lies at the heart of her
