OUR STORY

Once upon a time in 2019, Carter and I unknowingly embarked on the journey that
would eventually lead us to our happily ever after. Surprisingly, our story
doesn't start with a traditional first date – in fact, we never went on a date
back then ;).

Fast forward three years to August of 2021, when fate decided it was time for
our paths to cross again. Our official first date took place at The Cadillac Bar
in Houston, TX. Now, picture this: Carter, still in the recovery phase from
COVID, was sweating profusely and not particularly talkative. But hey, who
needed two conversationalists when I could speak enough for the both of us?

It took less than 10 minutes after leaving the restaurant for me to realize that
the seemingly reserved guy was going to be mine. Little did I know, those few
words held a promise of a beautiful journey ahead.

A few weeks later, on September 1st, 2021, as Carter helped me move into my new
apartment, I sent a text to my family that read, "Everyone mark your
calendars... 9/1/21 @ 3:42 PM, I am going to marry Carter – 100% going to
happen." Call it intuition or just a deep connection, but something in the air
told me that this was the beginning of our forever.

Fast forward a little over two years to a breathtaking moment in the Grand Teton
National Park in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. It was there, surrounded by the majestic
beauty of nature, that Carter got down on one knee and proposed, making our love
story even more magical.

And so, our journey continues, filled with laughter, shared dreams, and the
promise of a lifetime together. We can't wait to celebrate our love with you on
our special day.
