How are the matches made?

Based on your skills and skill level, and considering any details you provide in
your short bio. We will match you with others that have a complimentary skill.
For example: 

A developer can be matched with a designer and a digital marketer in order to
build a digital product. 

A devops expert can be matched with a backend expert and a project manager to
build an innovative solution.

Developers can be matched to product managers and ux designers to create the
next big product.

And so on...

What projects will I work on?

Once your team is assembled based on skill, you will all decide the project you
will work on by answering a series of questionnaries and polls. The project is
defined by using an AI assistant that helps in defining requirements and
milestones.

How do the Virtual Events work?

Virtual events are designed to bring people together in a welcoming environment
and they take place via Google Meets or Zoom.
There is no pre-defined event template, all events are unique. For example:

A live step-by-step workshop on how to build something or carry out a task.

A group programming session doing screen share.

A presentation about an idea in order to get feedback

and many more...

You will receive an email with the link to the events calendar when your cohort
starts. You can also host an event any time you like, just create an event
submission from your dashboard.
