     I really enjoyed my stay here. Gaylord hotels always amaze me. After coming
     here for business, I want to bring my family back. There is so much to go

     BROKEN ELEVATOR
     
     The G3 elevator was broken when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk
     member didn't know and told us to use that. We waited in the lobby area for
     10mins because the button lights were on but they went out a couple of
     seconds later. We didn't notice that meant the elevator was not working.
     Then we saw a housekeeping lady and asked her about it, she said the
     elevator works and let us wait longer. Finally, we realized the elevator
     was not working so we dragged our luggage to the C2 elevator. When we got
     into our room. we called the "consider it done" team to report the issue,
     however, when we checked out at the next morning, the G3 elevator was still
     not working.

     ALMOST TOO BIG FOR COMFORT
     
     I just considered this resort to be too large for convenience. There was a
     pretty good walk from the $35/night parking lot to the hotel. Then there
     was a pretty good hike to the room after that.

     Overall, stay in the hotel room was disappointing for the price. My
     expectation was above what was provide with the plumbing and clogging of

     10 YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY
     
     All employees went out of their way to make our Anniversary special from
     making our reservation, checking us in and upgrading us to an Atrium room
     and sending us a bottle of wine. The salon made me feel pretty and relaxed
     before dinner. The food at the Cascade Cafe wS amazing and we enjoyed the
     boat ride.

     NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
     
     I expected a nicer room for the price. If you plan on spending a lot of
     time downtown it’s very inconvenient and costly for parking or Ubers. The
     breakfast buffet was very overpriced given the offering. The inside atriums
     are beautiful but that’s not enough to make me want to stay again for the
