THE LAST OCEAN CALLS FOR PROTECTION OF THE ENTIRE ROSS SEA,          THE MOST
PRISTINE MARINE ECOSYSTEM ON EARTH.

Welcome to the Last Ocean Charitable Trust website!

In November 2016 the Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living
Resources

established a marine protected area in the Ross Sea.

On 1 December 2017 the MPA came into force.

The Trust has been dissolved and this website is no longer active. It remains
online as an archive of information regarding the campaign to protect the Ross
Sea.

A big thank you to our friends and the Last Ocean community for the wonderful
support.
