8 oz. cooked white fish, flaked
1/4 cup red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
1/4 cup celery, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fennel, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste

the perfect addition to any summer meal. These main ingredients are then
perfectly complemented by fresh lemon, onion, celery, and fennel for a zesty,
refreshing finish.
Instructions
1. Place lemon juice, mayonnaise, TRUFF Black Truffle Oil, TRUFF Original Hot
Sauce, and seafood seasoning in a bowl, whisk to combine the dressing.
2. Add the shrimp, imitation crab meat, white fish, onion, celery, fennel, and
lemon zest to the bowl, stir to coat and combine.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper, cover, and refrigerate until ready to
serve.
