Polyplex Corporation Ltd. (Polyplex) has the seventh-largest capacity of
polyester (PET) film globally.

Our polyester capabilities include both thin and thick PET film in a wide range
of thickness and surface properties covering a spectrum of applications.

Our diversified business portfolio also includes BOPP, Blown PP/PE and CPP films
produced in state-of-the-art plants with economic size. Integrated downstream
capabilities of Metallizing, Holography, Silicone Coating, Offline Chemical
Coating, Extrusion Coating and Transfer Metallized Paper deliver further
value-added products.

We have a global presence, supplying to about 2650+ customers in 75 countries
across Europe, the Americas, the Indian sub-continent, Far East, Asia Pacific

FOLLOWING : 1) UNAUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS OF THE COMPANY (STANDALONE AND
CONSOLIDATED) FOR THE QUARTER/ HALF YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2022 AND 2)
DECLARATION AND PAYMENT OF INTERIM/SPECIAL DIVIDEND FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR
2022-23 @ RS. 55/- PER SHARE (INCLUDING SPECIAL DIVIDEND @ RS. 35/- PER SHARE)
OF THE FACE VALUE OF RS. 10/- EACH, SUBJECT TO TDS/WITHHOLDING TAX. 'RECORD

The start-up of the BOPP line in Indonesia helps re-inforce our strategy of
being a complete packaging solution provider and the leading supplier of choice
to all our customers in the Flexible Packaging business. Indonesia has a very
large market for BOPP and we remain confident of being able to leverage on the
synergies with our existing customer base and grow our BOPP business.
