The Biden-Harris Administration’s policies have resulted in a wide-open southern
border, increased illegal immigration, skyrocketing inflation, higher taxes,
lower wages, aggressively woke “DEI,” and much more.

BORDER SECURITY & ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION

The U.S. has experienced a surge in illegal border crossings, and the situation
has only worsened. Under the Biden-Harris Administration, there have been over
10.3 million total inadmissible alien encounters 1 recorded by the U.S. Border
Patrol, and over 85% of these illegal aliens have been released into the
U.S. 2 Additionally, over 120,000 total Chinese nationals have entered the US
during the Biden Administration, many of whom are military age men.

As a result, the number of convicted-criminal-alien encounters — including
assaults, rapes, and homicides — have spiked during the Biden-Harris
Administration. 3  Additionally, the number of terrorists trying to cross the
border has skyrocketed.  During three years under the Biden-Harris
Administration (fiscal 2021, 2022, and 2023), Border Patrol encountered 286
terrorist watchlist hits. 4

Vice President Harris failed as Biden’s “Border Czar."

The Biden-Harris Administration has resulted in a record number of illegal
immigrants flooding over the border. 5  During the Biden-Harris Administration,
only 4.4% of illegal aliens encountered at the borders have been removed.6

Over 500,000 children have been smuggled over the border.

The Biden-Harris Administration cannot find over 85,000 children 7 it has
released to sponsors, and managing the staggering flow of family units and
children is consuming so much of DHS’s resources that our other security
missions at the border are suffering. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection
estimates that 40 percent 8 of its agents on the southwest border have been
diverted to deal with the humanitarian needs of children and families.

Border Insecurity and Lax Law Enforcement have led to preventable crime. 9

The sharp increase in illegal immigration since January 2021 has led to an
increase in crime across the country. In many cases, the criminal aliens were
present not in spite of federal, state, or local policy but because of
intentional policy choices.




ENERGY

The Biden-Harris energy policies are leaving Americans with higher costs and a
weaker economy. They have weakened American energy security and emboldened
China.

The Biden-Harris policies have moved away from energy independence and left
Americans in a place of weakness with overbearing regulations and restrictions.

The Biden-Harris Administration has made it more difficult for oil and gas
companies to frack on public lands.1

The Biden-Harris energy rules and regulations have cost U.S. taxpayers $1.37
trillion since Biden and Harris took office. 2

The Biden-Harris Administration’s burdensome regulations, tax hikes, and
spending have fueled the increased cost of living and put working Americans
under stress.

Americans have paid over 40% more for gas every time they fill up since Biden
and Harris took office. 3

The Biden-Harris Administration intentionally sought policies and personnel who
they knew would cut domestic production of and access to fossil fuels.




ECONOMY & INFLATION



Since Biden and Harris took office in January 2021, Americans have faced
increasingly higher prices for food, gasoline, and other common household items.
And while prices have been going up, wages have been going down, placing
additional stress on family finances. 1 Monthly mortgage payment on a
median-price home has increased a stratospheric 115% 2 and grocery prices are up
over 30%. 3

Federal spending has grown rapidly over the last decade, leading to substantial
budget deficits that have crippled the economy and financially harmed Americans.
The Biden-Harris Administration has used executive orders, regulatory actions,
and administrative decisions to steer large volumes of taxpayer-funded resources
to radical ideological causes and to impose greater federal control over the
nation and economy.4

Under the Biden-Harris Administration, inflation is up roughly 20%. 5 The
Biden-Harris Administration was handed inflation at 1.4%. Just 1 1/2 years after
the Biden Administration took power and began implementing its radical agenda,
prices were rising about as much in a single month as they did in the entire
year before Harris was sworn in as vice president. 6

Since the Biden-Harris administration took office, the federal debt has exploded
by over $7 trillion. The Treasury has burned through about another $1 trillion
in cash reserves for a total cumulative deficit of over $8 trillion. By January
2025, that number will breach $9 trillion, according to the Biden-Harris
Administration’s own estimates. 7

The CBO now expects the debt to be $7.2 trillion higher than it had projected
when President Trump left office—all because of the Biden-Harris
administration’s reckless spending policies. 8

DIVERSITY, EQUITY, & INCLUSION

Despite overwhelming opposition, Vice President Harris has been a long-time
supporter of letting biological men compete in female sports.1 In a recent poll,
73% of respondents opposed men in women’s sports. 2

The Biden-Harris Administration supports DEI.

Harris has said the government and the private sector should treat people
differently solely because of their race.4 She wants equality of outcomes, not
equality of opportunities.

Vice President Harris supports biological men competing in female sports.

The Biden-Harris administration’s changes to Title IX added “gender identity” to
the list of sex-based protections in federal law, consequently allowing men into
women’s private spaces, athletics, and educational opportunities.

The Biden-Harris Administration supports the Equal Rights Amendment, which, if
enacted, would permanently let men compete in women’s sports and enter
female-only spaces such as restrooms and locker rooms. Harris also has
championed the proposed Equality Act, which would prohibit “discrimination”
against transgender athletes, meaning, it would codify in law males in female
sports. 5




EDUCATION & PARENTAL RIGHTS



FACT: The Biden-Harris Administration has frequently come out against charter
schools and has placed hurdles in the way of school choice alternatives, such as
vouchers, charter schools, and private schools. 1 

FACT: Support for school choice is overwhelming; 75% of Democrats and 71% of all
registered voters are in favor of school choice. However, the Biden-Harris
Administration has failed to expand school choice, and Biden has always been
against school choice. 2 

FACT: The Biden Administration and Democrats have stood opposed to parental
involvement in schools and even compared concerned parents to “domestic
terrorists.” 3 

FACT: The Biden-Harris Administration’s Department of Education has focused on
providing advice to colleges on how to avoid the Affirmative Action Ban. 4 The
Education Department’s new guidance also advocates for offices of diversity,
equity, and inclusion (DEI) on campus, despite the significant evidence that DEI
training programs do not change individual attitudes and behavior.

FACT: The Biden-Harris Administration’s Department of Education has continually
directed focus to students’ ethnicities instead of classroom safety. 5
Vandalism, out-of-control behavior in school hallways, and verbal abuse have all
increased since before the pandemic. Yet the new letter from Washington
redirects attention to students’ ethnicities instead of classroom safety.

GOVERNMENT WEAPONIZATION

The Department of Justice under the Biden-Harris Administration used spurious
legal arguments to crack down on states limiting abortion. 1 

When Harris was the California Attorney General, she directed her office to
search the home of pro-life investigative journalist David Daleiden, who had
exposed Planned Parenthood officials for selling aborted baby body parts for
profit. 2 

Additionally, in March 2023, the Biden-Harris Administration issued an Executive
Order to weaponize federal resources and coordinate with left-wing groups to
increase partisan left-wing voter registration. 3

The FBI under the Biden-Harris Administration has been suspected of tagging
parents as “Domestic Terrorists” 4

Harris threatened to punish conservative nonprofit groups that refused to turn
over unredacted donor information. The high court later ruled that this
disclosure demand broke the law. 6 When she was a Senator, she even named the
Knights of Columbus, a Catholic organization, an extremist group.


HEALTHCARE



FACT:  The Biden-Harris Administration is giving government-subsidized health
insurance to hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants.1

FACT: The Biden-Harris Administration has proposed cutting the Medicare
Advantage program in an attempt to move seniors to a single-payer
“one-size-fits-all” healthcare plan.2

FACT: During her time as California Attorney General, Harris focused on using
tax dollars to fund transgender surgeries for prisoners.3

CRIME

The Biden-Harris immigration-driven crime wave is now in America’s suburbs and
small towns with devastating results. 1

 * Laken Riley, a nursing student in Athens, GA, was murdered by an illegal
   immigrant from Venezuela with outstanding charges.
 * In Langley Park, Maryland, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador (already
   ordered deported by a judge) was charged with killing a toddler in a
   shootout.
 * In Kenner, Louisiana, an illegal immigrant from Honduras (already wanted for
   raping a 14-year-old girl) was charged with stabbing a victim he was robbing.
 * In Campbell County, Virginia, an illegal alien from Venezuela was charged for
   sexual assault of a minor.
 * In Provo, Utah, a Guatemalan illegal alien working with a fake Social
   Security card was arrested on charges of raping an 11-year-old girl.

All the crimes above were only possible because open-border policies allowed the
perpetrators to enter or remain in the U.S. illegally.

Americans are less safe today than they were a decade ago due to failed models
of criminal justice reform, rogue prosecutors, and politicized unequal law
enforcement.

A 2021 Department of Justice report revealed that 64% of federal arrests in 2018
involved noncitizens, despite them comprising only 7% of the population at that
time.2

The Biden-Harris Administration’s soft-on-crime policies are hurting small
business owners and causing juvenile crime to run rampant.

For example, 3 62% of all arrests for carjackings last year in D.C. involved
juveniles, and so far, 63% of this year have too.

One-third of small-business owners say increased crime is cutting into their
earnings, and 7 in 10 grade President Joe Biden’s performance negatively in
terms of helping small businesses.4
