economics, law, and public policy with over 10 years of experience representing
real estate investors and retail clients. Furthermore, his contributions extend

In the public sector, he served as Puerto Rico's Senate Finance Committee
Executive Director and has played a pivotal role in shaping several laws,
including Puerto Rico's Earned Income Tax Credit and the University of Puerto
Rico Endowment Fund.
