Tebah Educational Initiatives, Inc. (T.E.I) is a 501(c)(3) organization that
promotes educational awareness for students by helping them understand the
benefits of education and to strive for excellence. We believe that Education
has an immense potential to change and save lives. Our organization encourages
students to become exceptional in society by promoting individual growth by
academic achievement. Our education initiative was established to harness
students’ skills and talents despite certain challenges such as peer pressure,
bullying, teenage pregnancy, juvenile history, and self –esteem problems.

Tebah Educational Initiative seeks to offer students the opportunity to excel
throughout their education for the betterment of their countries and the world.
T.E.I initiative advocates STEM (Science, Technology Engineering and
Mathematics) programs within schools.

WHAT WE DO
Tebah Educational Initiative provides engaging programs that make learning
encouraging. We are determined to restore confidence in students.
Education has been proven to yield a larger impact than any other form of help
or aid we can give. Learning to read and write could lift millions of people out
of poverty. Education represents the only way out of a life of entrenched
poverty. Education is more than earning a job. It plays an increasingly vital
role in helping children protect themselves against diseases that can ravage
poor communities. Education builds confidence, cohesiveness, and community.
Educated children are less likely to become victims of violence and abuse. They
are more likely to invest in improving their community when they are older. The
follow-on effects of even basic education quickly multiply as children who have
benefited from schooling themselves strive to secure even better opportunities

The Global Education First Initiative (the United Nations Educational,
Scientific, and Cultural Organization) stated that 250 million children cannot
read, write, or count. Children have a fundamental right to free primary
schooling of good quality. “When we put education first, we can reduce poverty

T.E.I provide educational supplies to students. We are mentoring students to
reach their full potential. We are here to nurture students on the right path to
life. Through our program each year, Tebah Educational Initiative is able to
impact the lives of 150-200 students in our mentorship program and has touched
the lives of over 6,000 students in the United States, Haiti, Ghana and South
Africa.
