LONG PRAIRIE: A VIBRANT COMMUNITY WHERE ALL ARE WELCOME

Established along the banks of the Long Prairie River, Long Prairie is a

 SOUTHWEST INDUSTRIAL PARK - PRAIRIE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER

The Long Prairie City Council would like to welcome you to locate your business
in the city's recently completed industrial park. Southwest Industrial Park
consists of 20 lots ranging in size from 1 to 5 acres each. The park is located
just off of US TH 71 on 6th Avenue Southwest.

The Southwest Industrial Park consists of the following:

 * Lot prices ranging from 66 cents to 90 cents per square foot with no
   assessments
 * Lots are ready to build with utilities (water, sewer, natural gas, electric)
