YOUR MESSAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED,
AND YOUR ADDRESS HAS BEEN VERIFIED
WITH SENDIO OPT-INBOX

WHAT IS SENDIO OPT-INBOX?

BOLSTER YOUR EXISTING EMAIL SECURITY

Despite being protected by advanced email security systems, many inboxes
continue to be inundated with countless security-cleared messages comprised of
persistent sales pitches and marketing communications, distribution lists and
bulk sources.

Identifying and separating harmful messages from nuisance and potentially
desired ones is increasingly difficult for many email security solutions. This
can become particularly troublesome for executives and professionals who simply
cannot afford to overlook an important email. Discovering a desired message in
their cluttered quarantine queue (known as a false positive) is simply
unacceptable.

Sendio’s Opt-Inbox is a proprietary sender management process, acting on
messages having already cleared email security, which would otherwise be
released into a user’s inbox, ensuring that recipients only receive messages
from desirable sources, whether from individuals or subscriptions, leaving the
new yet undecided sources to the recipient’s discretion in a queue separate from
the usually messy quarantine queue.

OPT-INBOX COMPLEMENTS EXISTING EMAIL SECURITY SOLUTIONS

While Sendio offers a full email security solution comprised of Session
validation (Server Reconnaissance™), Message verification (Email Security
Gateway™), and Sender management (Opt-Inbox™), organizations otherwise satisfied
with the performance of their current email security are able to benefit from
Opt-Inbox’s sender management technology.

Opt-Inbox enhances any email security solution that currently uses IronPort,
Barracuda Networks, Mimecast, Proofpoint, Office 365, and many others. This is
done very simply. Network admins add it to their email processing, all without
having to change their existing security set-ups.

SENDIO QUEUE AND DAILY QUEUE SUMMARIES

When using Sendio’s full email security solution, the Sendio Queue operates as a
28-day repository (maximum) of all messages (delivered, pending, quarantined,
and undelivered) and all contacts (accepted and rejected). It allows the
previewing, releasing, or rejecting of message. It also empowers the recipient
to determine the status of senders and changing them from accepted to rejected.
A key feature of the Sendio queue is the separation of ‘pending safe’ and
‘potentially desirable’ messages from the quarantined ones. This dramatically
improves the scanning and release of desired messages, all while reducing the
occurrence of false positives.

When using Opt-Inbox in conjunction with a non-Sendio email security solution,
the Opt-Inbox Queue helps users parse through security cleared messages from new
senders and lists, only sending desirable messages to the inbox. The Opt-Inbox
queue allows the management of contacts and accepted senders and helps protect
against impersonators.
