HEART SOUND TO CLEAR THE CHAKRAS

This is another good exercise which clears the chakras, so why not give it a
try? The worst thing that can happen is that you feel better, energetically
speaking, of course! But, happily, it will also have a knock-on effect on
everything else in the Four Body System!

So, here it is:

 * Find a comfortable position to sit in, making sure your spine is straight.
 * Set your intention to use your sound to clear your chakras.
 * Now after focusing on your breath for a few minutes, open your awareness and
   check your chakras, noting which ones might need a little additional work
   later.
 * Now tone AH without straining and at a pitch which is comfortable for you and
   intend to fill both vortices of the heart chakra with the energy of this
   powerful vowel. Also intend that when the chakra is full, the energy flows
   into the central channel, so it can go from there into the other chakras,
   clearing, balancing, and activating them. And as you continue to tone, you
   will find that the sound energy will move up and down from the heart,
   arriving at the crown and the base simultaneously.
 * Now check your chakras again to see if any need any additional help. If any
   do, tone AH again, sending it directly to that chakra until you get the sense
   any blockages you found have cleared.
 * And when the chakras feel good, check in with your body and see if any parts
   need help as well. If you find something, tone AH, allowing the sound to
   gently shift any pain or tension or any blockages that you have found. And
   keep toning until you feel everything has shifted.
 * Now tone AH silently and feel it resonating inside your head, your heart and
   your body and keep toning until you are guided to stop.

HEART CHAKRA SOUND EXERCISE

This is a simple but incredibly effective sound exercise to clear and activate
the heart chakra and when you move your arm while you are making the first sound
(MEEEEEE) your fingertip will automatically land where your heart chakra is
located at the time you do the exercise. This will help when you check it
because it will clearly show you if it is out of alignment with the rest of the
system and you can add an intention to re-align it with your second sound (AH).
 
So, here is the exercise: 

 * Set your intention for the exercise, stating you wish to check your heart
   chakra and clear any blockages with your sound. You may also want to add the
   intention o re-align if you find it is necessary later in the exercise.
 * Hold your right arm straight out in front of you, pointing with your index
   finger and while toning MEEEEEEEEE bend your elbow, bringing your fingertip
   to rest in the chest area.
 * See where your finger lands and check if the chakra is out of alignment. Then
   move your awareness to the heart chakra and check the energy. Is it good or
   bad, high or low, flowing or stagnant. You might also want to check on the
   colour to see if it a vibrant green or not.
 * Then when you have the information you need to correct anything you find or
   shift it if it needs to be released, lower you arm and tone AH until you are
   guided to stop.
 * Now repeat the first part of the exercise using the tone MEEEEEEE and check
   your heart chakra again. There should have been some kind of change, but you
   need to check if the change was big enough to clear the chakra. So look at it
   again, noting the energy inside it.
 * If it is clear, tone AH to finish with the intention of blessing your heart
   with your sound.
 * If it is not, tone AH to clear it again.
 * Then tone AH a second time to finish the exercise, again blessing your heart
   with your sound.

MEBAHIAH

Mebahiah if the Angel of Clarity and, since clarity is a really useful quality
at the moment because so much is going on around us, now is a good time to get
to know him.

You don’t have to do anything special to connect with Mebahiah. You can just
call him in like any angelic, but if you want to use sound and involve him all
you have to do is chant his name. The emphasis is placed on the letters in
capitals.

meh-BA-hee-YAH

Mebahiah inspires clarity and, when you work with him, he will help you
recognise what you need in your life, showing you how vastly different it
sometimes is to what you want. He also encourages you to live your life with
integrity and have high ideals.

Lastly, he will increase awareness of any messages you receive through your
connection to your innate, physical senses.

One of the best ways to work with Mebahiah is to ask him to enhance your
sensitivity, so you can gain more clarity about any areas in your life that are
in need of it. And while you are sitting with him, it will give you the chance
to look at your life and see what brings meaning to it.. what brings happiness
and satisfaction… what nurtures you and what does not … what empowers you and
what disempowers you.

And during any quiet time with him, he will always encourage you to take notice
of what your physical senses are telling you.

All you need to do is connect with him and visualise his angelic light entering
your Four Body System, moving through it to cleanse it on all levels and then
ask him to improve and increase the connection you have to your physical senses,
so you can receive any messages more quickly and efficiently. Then ask him to
improve the clarity you have over all areas in your life – physical, mental,
emotional and spiritual.

USING TIGER’S EYE AND CARNELIAN

These two lovely stones work so well together and are particularly good when
used during meditation. So why not pick them up and journey with them for a
while?

If you hold them while meditating on the path forward through all the chaos that
is around at the moment with the intention of gaining more clarity about your
journey, you will be amazed by what is revealed to you. You already know what
steps to take really, but these crystals working together just help you see it
more clearly,

Also if you need to be creative about your next few steps or you need to enhance
your imagination to manifest them, meditate with your stones on your sacral
chakra.

As dragon is the incoming animal for the Chinese New Year on 10th February,
below is some information to help you work with them. They are very powerful
beings, and they should always be offered much love and respect, and, in return,
they will offer you many things.

Dragon symbolises change and, when you work with them, it means there will be
many, many changes in your life. But all of them will move you forward, allowing
you to step into the best possible version of yourself.

Also, when you work with them, you should encourage communication with them,
acknowledging them as often as possible. And, when you call on their potent and
restorative qualities, they will help you live your life with honesty, courage
and strength.

If you find you are drawn to work with dragon, it means you are about to awaken
your own inner power and that you are absolutely ready to embrace it, whether
you think you are or not! So all you have to do is decide what you want to do
when you are finally able to stand in that power and fully embrace it. What
goals do you have…. what dreams? Because dragon will be there at your side to
help you achieve everything.

And if you spend time with dragon regularly, you will become a force to be
reckoned with because you will become strong, brave and wise and able to
overcome anything you perceive as an obstacle in your life.

But don’t forget… those obstacles can also be viewed another way… as
opportunities to grow. It is only ever your perception of people or situations
that means you see them as problems.

But one of the best gifts dragon will bring into your life is the ability to see
your world through the eyes of mystery and wonder. Now who wouldn’t want that?

ARE YOU READY FOR THE 11/1 PORTAL?

11/1 Portal

1 resonates with the vibration of new beginnings – there is three on 11/1/24

This makes 11/1 the first manifestation day of the year, a time to claim your
dream or desire, take the first step to achieving your goal, and to get serious
about how to do it. You will also need to focus your awareness and put some
energy into your manifestation process by imagining how it will change your
life.

You will need to use the quality of creativity to enhance this process, but you
do not need to know how it will happen. Just how you will feel when it does. You
have to get your head right out of the way and do as little thinking as possible
because it rarely helps.

And lastly, you need to be grateful for what ever is going to appear in your
life after the manifestation.

Also this year 1/11/24 is the day of a new moon and it will be bringing with it
energy to support any intention you are setting.

And, if you want some crystals to help you with all this – sit with red and
yellow jasper. The red jasper will ground you in the NOW moment because that is
the only place you can manifest anything at all and when you use it with yellow
jasper their combined energy takes you to the place where is it ridiculously
easy to believe anything is possible!

The other thing this new moon will provide is the energy you need to make a
deeper, more meaningful connection to your Authentic Self.

So make sure you are good to go on 11th January, especially as the year is 2024
– which is the fabulous energy of 8.

CRYSTAL TIP FOR NAVIGATING THE YEAR AHEAD

Since a Year 8 is always a bit of a roller coaster ride, gaining clarity about
the way ahead can be useful and, although change happens very quickly and cannot
always be anticipated, you can use crystals to help you see a little of the
pathway ahead of you.

If you sit with carnelian and tiger’s eye and meditate on what will be unfolding
for you in the next few months… or indeed the next few moments if things start
to change ridiculously quickly … it will help you gain clarity about almost
anything you focus on while you are working with them.

Carnelian, in particular, will help with any goals you want to set for the year
because it enhances motivation and passion. It will help you work our exactly
what you want, promoting understanding as well as clarity.

And when you use carnelian with tiger’s eye, one of the other benefits is the
two stones create an energy that harmonises the sacral, boosting your
creativity. It will also allow you to find fulfilment in this astonishing year,
which is going to bring about massive change and comes with the potential for

CRYSTAL PAIRINGS

Like any portal or energetic event, the 1212 window is open for three weeks
after 12th December, so you can still use the energy it provided when the
downloads occurred to move forward on your spiritual journey.

You can do anything that works for you in this time, but since working with
crystals is always a good thing to do, here are some crystal pairings that will
work well with the prevailing energetics. They will also help prepare you for
the 1/1 portal on 1st January which is a double dose of new beginnings!

And there is also a manifesting portal on 11/1 when you get three 1s. This will

USING CITRINE FOR THE 12 12 PORTAL

One of the affirmations you can use while working with Citrine is:

I AM filled with positive energy and I have a positive outlook on my life so I
can grow and succeed in the things I choose to do.

So, as the 12 12 portal is the Portal of Conscious Awareness and the incoming
energy allows you to see what is holding you back, citrine is the perfect stone
to help you purge any negativity you find in your Four Body System.

Sit with your stone and ask it to show you what you need to do to turn any
negativity in your life into positive energy. Use the stone’s energy to purge it
and then download the energy of the 12 12 portal, filling yourself with the
angelic light that is flowing through this cosmic doorway today. It will enhance
the cleaning process and, when you feel everything has been dealt with, sit with
your stone again, attune to its vibrant, positive vibrations and repeat the
affirmation until you start to vibrate with the frequency of the words.

But if you don’t resonate with the words, just change them to ones that are more
suited to you and what is happening in your life.
