COVID-19), we have formed an “Emergency Task Force” to heighten infection
prevention measures as below:



 * Set up Hygiene Check Station at every hotel entrance and all guests are
   requested to have their body temperature checked and hands’ disinfection at
   the entrance
 * Strengthen the cleaning and disinfection of room facilities including carpet,
   air-conditioning filter and bathroom air intake vent
 * Provide staff with guidelines on proper wearing of surgical masks and use of
   alcohol hand rubs, personal hygiene and temperature check

About Us



A HOTEL IN THE GRAND TRADITION

Royal Plaza Hotel is a luxury hotel situated in Mong Kok in the heart of Kowloon
is only 45 minutes by rail from China as well as the Hong Kong International
Airport, elegant appointed and exceptionally spacious, all guest rooms feature
luxurious amenities and broadband internet access in addition to the unrivaled
recreational facilities, the hotel also has three noteworthy restaurants.

 

Special Notice: (updated as of 9 Feb 2022)

 

Royal Plaza Hotel is NOT a Designated Quarantine Hotel. Starting from February
24, 2022, according to Prevention and Control of Disease (Vaccine Pass)
Regulation (Cap. 599L), all customers or users are required to have received at
least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and must scan the “LeaveHomeSafe” (LHS)
venue QR code using the LHS mobile application before entering the premises
regulated under the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and
Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F). Multi-household
gatherings involving more than two households will be prohibited; while the
maximum number of persons in every guest room may change subject to any updates
on Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Group Gathering) Regulation
implemented by the Government.

 

In the meantime, to ensure the safety of our staff and current guests, the hotel
does not accept any guest who:

 

 * Is booking for any special purpose (Including but not limited to:
   self-quarantine, self-monitor for the subsequent, the persons who are under
   exemptions mandatory quarantine, compulsory testing or “StayHomeSafe” scheme)
 * Under the HK Government’s compulsory quarantine order, or who have been in
   close contact with anyone who is currently under this order
 * Is exempt from a compulsory quarantine but has visited other
   countries/territories in past 21 days before the arrival date
 * In the past 21 days, have stayed at the premises or same building there have
   been diagnosed of COVID-19
 * In the past 21 days, have been in close contact with someone who is a
   diagnosed /suspected confirmed case / identified as close contact person
   (Special exempted guests: medical professionals)
 * In the past 21 days, have stayed at the premises within the area(s) under
   compulsory testing

 

With a view to reducing the contact of the above-mentioned people with our
guests, all guests are requested to fill in a health declaration form and
provide residential address proof while checking in to ensure all guest
information provided is true and updated. In the absence of address proof, the
hotel may:

 * Decline guests check in; or
 * The guest can contact our front office staff to present the circumstances, a
   form will be provided on declaration for residential address

 

The hotel reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law for any false
statement.

 

Above arrangement may change subject to any changes on Prevention and Control of
Disease Regulation implemented by the Government without notice.

 

Royal Plaza Hotel will review the situation on regular basis and reserves the
right of final decision in case of any disputes.

 

The hotel will continue to implement highest possible anti-pandemic and public
hygiene measures to maintain in public safety and health for all staff and
guests.
