WHAT ARE THE REFUND PROCESSES AND TIMELINES?

If you cancelled a pre-paid trip where you see a charge from Priceline on your
credit card or account: 

 * A refund will be processed back to your original form of payment. 
 * You will receive an email with the details of your refund amount.
   Non-refundable charges and cancellation fees will be subtracted from your
   refund amount. 
 * Priceline may take up to 24 hours to submit your refund. Once submitted, your
   bank may take up to 7 days to post the credit to your account. Depending on
   your bank, it may take 1-2 billing cycles to see the credit on your
   statement. 
 * Please visit www.priceline.com/refundstatus to see the status of your refund.

If your trip was charged by a third-party (you see a charge on your credit card
or account from the airline, rental car company, hotel partner, or cruise line):

 * You will receive your refund from the third-party and not from Priceline.
 * Please contact the third-party directly. You will be able to find a contact
   number for the third-party in your Travel Itinerary. 
   * For flights: You can find their contact numbers here.
