What I will tell you is I am an exclusively buy-side M&A lawyer. I’ve closed 50+
deals worth a combined $125+M, and advised well over 100 clients on various
aspects of M&A deals. Having spent 9+ years as a small business lawyer in the
trenches with business owners, I’ve also literally "seen it all" when it comes
to small businesses.
