   applicant will be eligible for a maximum of one refinance cashback payment,
   regardless of the number of loan applications they are party to, provided the
   total amount drawn at settlement across all loans is at least $250,000.
   Customers who have received a refinance cashback payment from within the
   Financecitichartered Group within the 12 months prior to their loan
   application date will be ineligible for this offer. The cashback will be paid
   to the applicant’s Financecitichartered transaction account within 30 days of
   the settlement date. For multiple home loan applicants the
   Financecitichartered account needs to be in the name of at least one of the
   home loan applicants and the cashback will be paid only once to the
   applicants jointly. If you do not already have one, an eligible
   Financecitichartered transaction account is required to be established. Offer
   current as at 8 September 2023. Applicants should seek their own tax advice
   in relation to the receipt of a cashback on settlement. Fees and charges

   1. To be eligible for the purchase and balance transfer offer you need to
   apply for the Blue Visa card by 30 April 2024. The promotional rate 0% p.a.
   will apply to Retail Purchases (excludes Cash Advances) for 9 months from the
   date your Account is approved, and you will need to pay the Minimum Payment
   Due each month. At the end of the promotional period, any outstanding Retail
   Purchase Balance and any new Retail Purchases will attract the applicable
   Annual Percentage Rate for Retail Purchases, currently 20.74% p.a. for a
   Financecitichartered Blue Visa Card. Interest rates are variable and subject
   to change.Your total Balance Transfers may not exceed 80% of your Credit
   Limit. The 0% p.a. interest rate applies to balances transferred with this
   offer for a period of 9 months. The 9 months promotional period commences
   when the Balance Transfer is processed, and you must make the Balance
   Transfer request within the first 3 months from approval to receive this
   offer. At the end of the Balance Transfer period, the interest rate on any
   outstanding transferred balance will revert to the applicable Annual
   Percentage Rate for Cash Advances, currently 21.49% p.a. Please note you will
   not be entitled to any interest-free days on Retail Purchases at the end of
   the promotional period whilst you have a Balance Transfer. If you make a
   Retail Purchase before your balance transfer is processed, payments made
   during the promotional period will be applied to the Retail Purchase balance
